TradeKwote Arvostelua

Been doing carpentry jobs on my own for about 7 years. Before tradekwote i was quoting everything through text messages or emails typed out on my phone which took forever and looked messy half the time.

Now i can be finishing up a job and quote the next one straight from site, its broken down properly with materials and labour separated so theres no confusion later about what was included.

Had a customer query the price on a similar job with another carpenter and she said mine was actually easier to understand even though the number was higher, ended up going with me anyway.

Invoicing side is sorted too, i used to lose track of who owed what but now its all just there and i get paid a lot quicker than i used to.

Been doing gardens and landscaping on my own for about 5 years. Before tradekwote i was quoting jobs on scraps of paper or just telling people a rough price over the phone and hoping i remembered it right later. Now i walk the garden with the customer, talk through what needs doing on my phone and theres a proper quote sat in their inbox before im even back in the van. Did a patio job for a repeat customer last month, she said she didnt even bother reading through it line by line this time cos she trusts the numbers now, just said go ahead. That trust thing has meant 3 referrals off the same family so far this year. Invoicing is just as sorted, i get paid without having to chase which never used to happen when i was sending prices over text.

Been fitting kitchens on my own for about 6 years now. Before tradekwote i was doing quotes on a notepad in the customers kitchen then typing it up on the laptop that evening, usually took me a good hour to get it looking half decent. Now i just talk through the job on site and its formatted properly before ive even left, units, worktop, appliances all broken down separately so the customer can see exactly what theyre paying for. Had a customer message me a few days after asking if she could pay half up front, said seeing it all laid out that clearly made her feel comfortable committing to the deposit. Invoicing after the jobs done is just as quick, no more sat there at 9pm trying to remember what i actually agreed to charge for.

Been a sparky on my own for 6 years and quoting was always the bit i hated most. used to do it all over whatsapp or scribble it on the back of an invoice book, half the time id forget to follow up and lose the job. started using tradekwote a couple months back and its properly changed how i run things. i just talk through the job while im stood in the customers hallway and by the time im back in the van theres a proper pdf quote ready to send, looks dead professional with the vat all sorted. had a rewire job last month where the customer said they picked me over 2 other quotes cos mine actually looked like it came from a real business. invoicing is just as quick after, sent it same day and got paid within the hour. wish id started using this years ago tbh, my sundays are actually mine again now

Used this for a kitchen extension quote, took me about 2 mins to knock up on site instead of doing it that evening like i normally would. customer said it looked proper professional compared to what i'm used to sending (photo of paper quote lol). Would recommend to the lads

As an electrician, I’m on-site all day and used to leave quoting until the evening. It’s never fun after a long day. TradeKwote’s changed that.

I jot down rough job details on my phone between jobs and get a proper VAT-ready quote back in under a minute. Customers take it more seriously when it looks professional rather than a scribbled estimate on a scrap of paper.

Once they accept, turning it straight into an invoice with one click saves me even more admin time. Would recommend to any electrician tired of paperwork eating into their evenings.

Been using TradeKwote for my plumbing business for about 2 months and it’s completely changed how I quote jobs.

Used to spend evenings writing quotes by hand and now I type up rough notes on-site and get a proper VAT ready PDF in about a minute. Customers have commented on how professional it looks compared to what I used to send. Converting accepted quotes straight into invoices has saved me even more time. Solid tool for any plumber running their own book of work.
