Superb service. Very pleased with the offer received for XBOX games and free postage too!! Kept informed all the way through transaction and no quibbles over offer. Will definitely use again.

Unreliable & undependable business
Their website advertised a sell-it offer price which I set about on taking up. I proceeded with the sale and completed my order-to-sell to which I was sent a confirmation email stating, "We will honour your price quotes for 10 calendar days from the time of the order". I parcelled my item but was then later contacted to be told that my order had been cancelled by them and instead their offer price was significantly less than what was previously advertised and offered.
TradeInForCash did not honour my price quote at all. Their word of honour stands for nothing, so I found out.
Furthermore, their "free of charge" shipping service is misleading and inaccurate. The cheapest shipping option available in order to send my item was £1.15 and yet I was offered £0.90 postage credit to cover the shipping costs. Not exactly free.
Based on my experience, TradeInForCash proved to be an unprofessional, unreliable and undependable trade-in website that is untrue to its word and was disappointingly a waste of time.

Would use again
Used them 3 times now and had no problems. Just bear in mind the return fee if you want something back if they don’t accept it.

Slight delay in Checking and Payment.
Sent items and these were received on 09/08/23. Slight delay in checking of items and this wasn't completed for 5 working days but payment followed the next working day.
Small print does state a 4-7 working day turnaround so if you're in a rush be aware.
Altogether easy experience though.

Trading in two Apple TVs…
I have updated my two Apple TVs replacing them with the new 4K version.
For some reason Apple does not offer trade ins for Apple TVs.
TradeInForCash.co.uk accepted my items at a what I considered to be a fair price and the procedure for sending items was very straight forward. Transaction completed within two weeks.
Very satisfactory service. No hesitation in recommending.

Trade in with confidence
I was initially skeptical (there are similar services with a poor reputation), but my first sale went through without a hitch. I used them again recently and happy to report the process went through very smoothly. Highly recommended.

Easy peasy
Easy peasy. TIFC paid full quote for old Nintendo Wii U and games, no quibbling. So happy that someone else will be able to enjoy them – and a little extra cash is nice, too!

Good company to deal with
Process was easy, price one of the best out there. Payment does take a while but they could be busy... be prepared to wait up to 2 weeks, but they do pay out. Good company

It was an ok service, not sure I'd recommend
It was an ok service, I wish the website were more transparent in its policies, for example, I had sent them 2 PS4's both of which had been opened for cleaning or repair.
Had I known this I would have considered selling the two PS4s privately instead of taking a price reduction of £30 per console.
Some games do not appear in their barcode catalog which is understandable and some that had been revalued.
Overal, I would probably recommend going through the trouble of selling privately unless you're in a rush.
