Nice and simple, paid the value of my watch straight into my account.

No issues and paid exactly what was quoted
It is always good to recycle your old tech but I have always been disappointed in the way that some trade in companies try to drive down the price from what was initially quoted due to the most minor and subjective issues on condition. This is definitely not the case with TradeInForCash. They pay the postage and have clear information on how to complete the online form to indicate the condition of the item. I've now used them twice and on each time I received a quick response when they checked the equipment, no query on the condition and paid exactly what they quoted. Nice to see a straightforward and fair approach to trade ins. Will definitely use them again for any of my trade ins.

Wasn't sure what to expect
Wasn't sure what to expect. Was able to trade in my Nintendo DS and Switch games at a very good price. Much better than I was offered anywhere else.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Told me my item had been repaired and in a poor condition when it was in original packaging and had been hardly used by my daughter. Wouldn’t pay the price originally offered and offered a much lower rate.

Dear Customer,
We regret to hear of your dissatisfaction with your recent experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
While you believe the item was minimally used, our assessment is based on stringent condition guidelines detailed on our product pages. We also provide multiple images to accurately represent the item's condition as received.

Unfortunately, the console in question exhibits significant wear, including damage to the case and a faulty PS3 controller, deviating from the "hardly used" and "perfect condition" described.
As our priority is to offer fair and competitive rates, we must adhere to these condition guidelines. Consequently, we are unable to offer a price reflective of an item in "very good condition." Should our revised valuation not meet your expectations, you have the option to reject it.
We truly value your feedback and are here to address any further concerns you may have. We encourage you to contact our customer service team for additional assistance.
Best regards,
Tradeinforcash

Sold a PS4 pro
I sold a PS4 pro to this company. I sent it for free, using the 48 hr label service, and received a reply a few days later. The valuation of £120 was reduced to £114 because of a missing cable, which I was quite happy with and the money was credited to my account the following day.

Stay clear of them!
Dealt with this company a few times and actually wrote 5 star reviews...not this time. Shocking performance on this occasion. First we agreed a price for the sale of a PS5 disc then, just after I posted it to them, I get an email to tell me that hey had made a mistake on the price and they required to change to a cheaper price. I contacted them reminding attaching there email with the original price and they replied " as a token of goodwill we will give you an extra £1 for the item"
Then, after about 2 weeks, I contact them for the cash that they promised only for them to tell me that they had no track of the disc I sent. So I then emailed copies of receipts from the Post office to which they acknowledged and suddenly found the disc. Not to stop there, they then emailed me to say that the case for the disc was damaged and dropped the price again.
To end this farce I agree and they are now out of my life. I will never deal with them again. STAY CLEAR OF THEM

Dear Customer,
We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with your recent PS5 game transaction. Our initial pricing mistake and subsequent inconvenience were not our intention, and we offered an additional £1 as a goodwill gesture to address the issue.
Regarding the damaged case. We deducted £2.00 for the damaged case, and you agreed to the revised price. If you were dissatisfied with the price, you had the option to request the return of your item.
We respect your decision not to continue using our services, even though you had previously had positive experiences with us.
Your feedback is valuable, and we are committed to using it for improvement. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Sincerely,
Tradeinforcash
