1st, product is great, priced very well for a 4stroke whipper snipper, it works very well, is an absolute power pig and is exactly what I required.
2nd. Product was delivered very fast (within 2 days) which is very good. - I know logistics are usually out of the control of the company but thought I would mention as it does form part of the overall experience.
3rd. Assembly was fairly straight forward, there was a little bit of experimentation required as the instructions were not super clear on installing the nylon thread head (they were clearer on the blade attachment though) but I figured it out and got there in the end.
4th. Using Trade Hero website was easy, fun and ordering was a breeze, I will definitely recommend and will use as my first choice now, off the back of this experience.
5th. Accessories that came with the product are all very useful, (I would recommend potentially including a small amount of 4 stroke engine oil as some customers may not have this on hand) also some earplugs or sound plugs would be good to include as well as some safety glasses. These additions could impact the price so maybe have them as an available separate pack to purchase with this product.
Last - overall this was my first time using trade Hero and I was very very impressed. I look forward to using them again and recommending them to others.

Company was quick and efficient but my product is missing a safety locking pin.

I got a whipper snipper from Trade Hero Australia and the box arrived a bit damaged. I reached out and they were super helpful – they quickly sent me a replacement part without any fuss. Really appreciated the friendly service. Great to deal with a small business that actually cares!

Purchased a demolition saw that blew up after 12 minutes operating, it had a 12 month warranty and was purchased 4 month earlier. I contacted the company via their website and they asked for a video of the problem. Sent them a video of the seized saw and they went quite! No response to any emails after that. The address and phone numbers I found on the internet are fake (Went there, nobody had heard of them), they are trading on ebay and I reported it to ebay. They have a valid ABN, so I also reported them to the ACCC. Do NOT deal with them. They should get zero stars!!!

Garbage safe, does not lock. Company, could not care less. Definitely horrible experience. Due to our dealings, would NOT recommend. Flush your money down the toilet. You will feel better than dealing with them.
