Tracey Neuls Limited Arvostelua 

I have just purchased my fourth pair of Tracey Neuls shoes, having bought my first pair in 2021. I earn an average salary and Tracey’s shoes are definitely a splurge for me, but I continue to go back due to the high quality and beautiful designs which set TN apart from other brands. I have reached the point where I believe it is best to buy the best quality I can afford, for shoes I know I will wear and love for many years. I appreciate that I am fortunate enough to have this choice.
I still wear the pair I bought 5 years ago as they are very well made and I look after them. I tend to wait for the sale or special offers, which makes the brand more affordable for me, so I would advise signing up to the email newsletter where you’ll get advance notice of sales and promotions.
TN’s shoes are comfortable and unlike anything else you’ll find on the high street. Without fail, someone always comments on my shoes when I’m wearing TN and they are often all I need to set off an otherwise plain/simple outfit.
Go on, treat your feet!

A while back I had a terrible time of it with a pair of substandard Tracey Neuls sandals with unhelpful, dismissive responses at every stage. Something that would have taken a little graciousness and perhaps £50 to put right, worst case a replacement pair. I was just looking for an acknowledgment and a small fix. Not that my first encounter when I took a faulty product back would be to be told without any conversation or investigation to take them to a shoemender. It went on from there and I did not end up showing my best side because it felt like I was being accused in some way, never heard for the thing I was trying to convey.

It led me very nearly to dispose of several thousand pounds worth of shoes accumulated over decades. I did not but I have only just started wearing them again.

This is a shame both for Ms Neuls, who is an inventive shoe maker with whom I would have gone on buying shoes, and for me as the shoes are indeed very desirable.

There is a longer story to be told sometime about how distressing this whole experience was, and still is and it has spoiled the shoes for me for a long time.

This is, I think, a story about how how to relate as a maker to others and perhaps also for me as a misunderstood and not especially unreasonable (to start with) customer trying to be heard.

I wish Ms Neuls the best. Makers amd craftspeople are important. I doubt I will tiptoe back into buying from her again. I do occasionally wear those sandals and they still balloon up under my right foot in an irritating way.

To be clear this one star is about one psir of shoes and one particular episode.

Fabulous shoes and boots. I rarely wear anything else now and have several pairs. They look great and are extremely comfortable. Service is quick and friendly and helpful. Well packaged. Can't fault any aspect. If I am in London I always call in to the shop just to marvel at the shoes.

I’m so delighted with my 2 pairs of Tracey Neuls archive shoes. I responded to an email and et voila! I got the shoes I’ve been longing for but could not afford until now. I can’t believe my luck. And the service was top class and so personal and friendly. Thank you to the staff in Marylebone. Ps. Even though I got my shoes at a knockdown price they still came in beautiful black boxes wrapped in orange paper with the little TN circular stickers. A lovely touch. Keep those emails coming 😻🥰

I have recently purchased boots for a Christmas present for my daughter. The boots were beautiful but unfortunately did not fit. I contacted them for a return and there was a delay which may have been because of the Christmas period. However once they were aware of my request they processed and refunded me very quickly. Thank you.

Wonderfully gift wrapped, pleasantly presented, with a personal message! These shoes are 1st class, so impressed I want another pair! 💯
