Although the first shipment did not show up, they handled the replacement quickly and no questions asked. It is when things does not go right when companies show their true colors.

Great Customer service and product
Customer service was frankly great. The first order got lost by US Customs. A second order was sent out to resolve it. So thank you.
I am just starting to put the first miles on the new tubes. All good so far.

Valve stem failure
The valve core blew out of the valve stem the second time I was removing the pump chuck after inflating one of the tires. This made a new tube useless. The plastic valve stem does not appear to be robust enough to hold the threads of the valve stem.

Does what it says on the tin
Tubes arrived quicker than I expected from Oz to UK. Easy to fit and make a noticeable improvement to ride quality.... And better comfort equals more speed for me!

Flat on 2nd ride…
I somehow had a flat on my second ride after installing the tubes. There was pinhole in the tube upon examination…from what I can see there is nothing in the tire. It is frustrating because I have had the pink Amazon TPU tubes in with no issues for months and wanted to try a different brand. Maybe just a coincidence…

Definitely much lighter than normal…
Definitely much lighter than normal tubes. Even old as I am, I noticed a speed increase over routes I have ridden before. Rolling resistance is shades better.
I want to extend kudos to the team. When I had one of the four tubes I purchased go bad at the valve point they sent a replacement right away with just an email.

repairs last pretty long
Good product. Repairs seem to last longer than other similar brands even though all are TPU. Good pricing when you buy more than 1.
