Ho chiesto assistenza per access point Deco, 4 per la precisione, presso abitazione, configurati da utente avanzato semi professionale, viene segnalata problematica di mancato salvataggio impostazioni di connessione, dopo mesi e mesi di mail e solleciti arriva risposta che anche se quelle opzioni non funzionano, i ripetitori danno accesso alla rete, inviata pure pec, risultato menefreghismo totale, nessuna risposta, reputo esperienza personale dopo aver usato altri marchi, vedi Zyxel e altri marchi di pari rango, Tip-link come assistenza disastrosa e totalmente assente. Non acquistero' piu' nulla di codesto marchio che, in caso di assistenza tecnica siamo a livelli totalmente precari.

Totally inadaquate 2nd level support

I’ve been asking for prompt diagnostic support from Their 1st level support staff since last Thursday 6 days ago. The technical advisors they employ should have sufficiently good/ spoken/ conversational English to be understood & not their very limited Deco version!
Then trying to hear/ understand them on their weak VOIP phone lines are practically useless! The audio keeps dropping out in mid-conversation, or the phone line drops completely! This requires customers to redial to re-gain such available support in this frustrating manner!
Lastly, when vital router support is urgently needed to ONLY receive email support is completely inadequate! In my experience often taking days, maybe weeks to regain a decent Broadband & Wi-F connections!!!
As this matter was clearly URGENT, I’ve had to call-in a costly Network Specialist to diagnose my router which was completely corrupted, then to undertake a full re-install of my X50 router.
I remain their most disappointed customer!
Dishonest & disgusting company

I tried returning the cameras but was ignored by the customer service department.
I then involved the bank & shortly after was contacted by a staff member. They requested I ask my bank to withdraw, they take this seriously, will provide a return label etc. So, I naively asked the bank to withdraw the chargeback. Now I'm left with two cameras that don't work & still not return label or refund.

abbiamo riscontrato una problematica con lo switch tp-link ER7412-M2, Tentando più volte di contattare l'assistenza, tuttavia le risposte non sono state minimamente d'aiuto!
Router tascabile Tip-Link_1BF9 difettoso di serie.
Router tascabile compreso di pila al litio Tp-Link_1BF9: 1) va in pausa connessione per 10-20 secondi ogni 5-8 minuti circa, in tal caso, la richiesta di pagina http al fornitore d'Internet può spesso esser perduta e devi re-inviare la richiesta ricaricando la pagina se ha l'indirizzo già scritto in barra indirizzi, altrimenti devi reinserire addirittura l'indirizzo http se lo conosci (sennò addio pagina) o riscrivere la parola chiave sul motore di ricerca, una gran scocciatura poiché certi siti leggono questa sconnessione temporanea come irrimediabile e ti fan fallire una magari lunga compilazione di schede in linea, ad esempio i commenti Youtube non vengono trasmessi a Youtube e vanno persi, se becchi quel momento di pausa del router, e devi allora riscrivere! tutto il commento, oppure incollarlo se l'avevi copiato prima d'inviarlo. 2) Se mett'in pausa o spegni il computer per una decina di minuti il router va in pausa lunga e non!! si riattiva subito se riaccendi il computer: devi andare a premere manualmente! il pulsante di risveglio router od aspettare una decina di minuti o più che lui senta che il computer chiede connessione; per confronto: il router pure tascabile Hamlet restava sempre acceso e pronto salvo che tu non lo spegnessi manualmente.
Router Tp-Link_1BF9 lo ritengo difettoso di serie, arguisco che vada in protezione termica 10-20 secondi poiché compatto, od altro problema. Sconsiglio molto vivamente!
Really upset and disappointed, keep away from TP LINK
My device stopped working very rapidly. Confident of the 3 year guarantee, I contacted TP Link. The individual who helped me (from the Philippines) was really lovely but, one month on, I have had to jump through numerous repetitive hoops to get a replacement and am now told that I have to return the defective item at my own cost before a replacement can be sent. If I send it with any security it will cost half of the price of a replacement. If I send it without added security we all know what will happen. Deeply disappointed. I believed this was a reputable company. Recommended by reliable industry sources. Who can we trust any more.
Do not buy from TP Link, or at least, expect the guarantee to count for nothing.

Unstable and unreliable products. I have 3x Deco BE65, they are the worst routers I've ever owned. Had all kinds in my days, but loved tp-link, until these showed up. They crash constantly and a nightmare to get running again.
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. Attractive prices, but support is useless, products are unpolished and as most chinese tech product built by people who has an absolute absence of any concept of doing things properly. Their mesh system has a "feature" that breaks any DHCP server already existing on the network, which makes it completely useless. This "feature" is well hidden in the support pages and thus not part of any marketing material, but it basically means that no TP link mesh system can be used in bridge mode without breaking the local network, as it then enables a "secret" DHCP server the first second it looses connect, changing all adresses on all wireless devices. Instead of updating the firmware on this product, they updated the revision after (that has the EXACT SAME specifications), now rendering my Mesh system just trash, that I bought less than two years ago.

Customer service just don't have a clue
I reached out to customer support to enquire about a router I was thinking about suggesting for a company I was contracted by. I first tried calling so I could get a quick response. I was connected to somebody that I couldn't understand, and they couldn't understand me, no matter how clearly I spoke. They could not adequately answer any of my technical questions and I had to ask multiple times to elevate the call to a more experienced customer service agent. Once they did, they also had no idea about anything I was asking and directed me to instead send an email. Throughout the call, they simply cited information in the publicly available user manual. When I did send an email, the reply I got was brain damaging. They also had no idea what they were talking about, the email was riddled with grammatical errors and they gave information that was both unrelated and directly conflicted with publicly available information. I will not be recommending their router, as with customer support like this, it would be near impossible to maintain.

I bought a twin pack and 2 four packs of Tapo P110 smart plugs. Nearly 2 years later, one of them has very obviously gone wrong.
Tried to register the product, but had no clue whether it was from a 2-pack or a 4-pack. So I put down 2-pack as it was the earliest I bought so most in TP-Link's favour. It then showed up as a 4-pack.
There was the usual to and fro being asked for a video of the product failing, which I provided. They then asked all sorts of irrelevant questions, to which I replied with suitable curt answers and asked them just to replace the item.
They have now approved the RMA, but I have to return the smart plug at my own cost.
No, TP-Link, you don't require the smart plug back. I've shown you the problem, just send out a replacement. It's your product that has failed, if you want it back for analysis then you should pay for the return postage.
It's quite clear from the lack of replies from TP Link that their customer support is clueless and don't care.
The Tapo cameras, in particular, are good and I quite like the simpler TP Link products, but their customer support is ... ahem ... somewhat lacking (!).

If youre never going to be administrating the router theyre great, they have good range and solid computing ability with little to few needs to restart device after it hangs up... But i gave them 1-star on the count of the following issues. Over the years when it comes to their servers and the tp-link app they have a problem remembering passwords on their end, tho its the correct one bc its saved on my device and works intermittently, im not sure whats going on there. And i elected to have my password recoverable yet it wants the system reset bc it cant approved my password ive had for years which is typical and normal at this point. Secondly they get 1-star for the sheer fact of the limits they put on the router, for use of third party firmware which is (sorry to be of a negative Nancy tp, but )wayyyyy better than tp link firmware has ever been, tho they make these chips without ability to use router in those situations if you want tomatoes or open source codes, builds. Looks like ill be going back to the trustworthy netgears, they run tomatoes great and even an old router can run like a brand new one so the spending of hundreds of dollars is pointless when you dont have to spend it. right?

Sono profondamente deluso dal servizio clienti di TP-Link. Ho acquistato un kit powerline TL-PA8010P con Wi-Fi a giugno 2021, che si è guastato. Dopo aver richiesto la sostituzione in garanzia, mi è stato inviato un modello errato (TL-PA8030P) privo di Wi-Fi. Nonostante abbia segnalato immediatamente l'errore, mi è stato chiesto di rispedire i dispositivi a mie spese, incorrendo in ulteriori costi di spedizione per 30 euro.
Ho scritto diverse email, l'ultima delle quali è stata completamente ignorata. La mancanza di risposta e la totale assenza di assistenza sono inaccettabili. Il comportamento dell'azienda dimostra una grave mancanza di rispetto verso i clienti e una palese violazione delle condizioni di garanzia.
Chiedo il ritiro a loro spese del dispositivo errato e l'invio del modello corretto con Wi-Fi, ma finora non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Evitate TP-Link se cercate un servizio clienti affidabile. La mia esperienza è stata frustrante e deludente, e non consiglio questa azienda neanche al mio peggior nemico.

I recently purchased a brand new TP-Link Archer AX23 Router from Staples for $120. However, after only six months, the router stopped working, and I can no longer receive any Wi-Fi signal from it.
I tried to reach out to TP-Link to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, they refused to help me because I don't have an invoice for the purchase. The issue is that I never received an invoice since I ordered the router from Instacart, and I closed my account with them, as I found them to be a shady company.
I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the TP-Link Archer AX23 Router, and the terrible service I received from TP-Link. I strongly advise anyone looking to purchase a router to stay away from TP-Link and buy from a reputable company instead.
It's clear that TP-Link produces junk products, and it's not worth the money. It's frustrating to think that they charge $120 for a router that only lasts six months when it probably only costs them $5-10 to make it.

I don’t know if this covers the entire company, but I will warn those who have to deal with their RMA department.
Tried to explain I needed the replaced Powerline adapter back before the Easter weekend as my relative has Autism and this is the only way for him to play online with a somewhat stable connection, TP could not be bothered to acknowledge this just glazed over it. My impression from this review page is TP-Link must have a strong distain for their regular customers, and treat their business customers with the utmost respect.
Extremely poor, poor communication, won’t assist you when you ask for their help and if you are expecting a return there is no time frame or tracking. Been one of the most unpleasant experiences and it doesn’t seem to phase them.
