Toysforest Arvostelua

First purchase from here and to say i was impressed was an understatement. A lot cheaper for my figures than i would have bought anywhere on the high street or online. Shipping was a bit pricey and if not buying multiple figures it probably isnt worth it but apart from that everything else was good.

Surper fast delivery items well packaged. Did have a slight issue with 1 item which was damaged/previously opened but instantly sorted by the company 100% will be buying more

Fantastic prices, fantastic products, fast postage, highly recommend this site!

Great stock & accurate stocking levels, great communication, amazing prices with quality banpresto free gifts for every £50 spent, very fast dispatch & delivery, one of the best anime/gundam retailers online⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great site and easy to use. Found great products you wouldn't necessarily find anywhere else at great prices, as well as different payment options. Products arrived swiftly and in great condition. Would highly recommend to any collector. Will definitely use again!

Honestly.. It's my fault for not looking.. Their fault. For Being scummy.
Charging almost the cost of the item (£9) for postage.. For something smaller than your hand... And not even next day delivery.

Poor business practice and predatory

Fast shipping, item arrived properly packaged and in good condition. And they didn't put the bill in the box as it was a gift.

Very good platform for buy figures from. I was search for a replacement to dekaianime.com when that recently closed and I'm happy to say I found my new home. The figure quality is very good and competitive pricing. Didn't take long to be delivered even during the Easter bank holidays. Already planning my next purchase.

Amazing quality of authentic products, packaged tightly, and great prices. Came in only 3 days including a weekend! Will definitely buy again!

Good pricing, easy to use and order website
Fast delivery and packed well enough

Amazing products at great prices from this company. Absolutely pleased with both my orders so far. Great customer service as well.
Thank you for my Anime Figures.

Quick delivery, boxed well. Will keep an eye out for anymore kits to buy from them again.

great place to buy especially with the sick sales that come one responded to my email very quick will be buying from here again cant wait for my sets to come !

Ordered In Stock items, was contacted prior to shipping to ask if I still wanted the last item as the box had some damage. Order was shipped quickly after I confirmed yes. Also received a free tote bag as a gesture of goodwill, great experience.

Good and fast

Toysforest is an absolute gem. I’m so happy I stumbled across this store! It’s got the best customer service, selection of figures & prices rarely seen to date! I would recommend this store to anyone interested and look forward to my next experience with Toysforest!

Great service items always dispatched quickly

Product is great and came in good time. Seller replied to my emails straight away, I worry about getting scammed but, quick replies but me ar ease

I ordered gunpla from this company based on the fact that they were the only place to have the particular kit I was after in stock.

I paid £16 for the kit, which was reasonable. They then asked for £8 for delivery, to a UK mainland address. A bit steep in my view, but I assumed it would be here pretty fast for that amount, so went ahead.

After taking two days to actually package and ship the order, Royal Fail took another 3 days to deliver it. When it finally arrived, it had a standard post office 48 hour second class package price on it of £3.59. It was poorly packaged in a simple box, no padding, with a handwritten name on it.

I emailed Toysforest, explaining I paid £8 shipping but it took ages for me to receive it and they’d massively overcharged me compared to what they had paid.

They were not interested, stating it’s their standard postage price and includes their own ‘handling and admin fees’. They did encourage me to order again, with the promise of receiving a ‘special surprise’. I didn’t bother…

Great service. Item was very well packaged and delivered bang on time. Fantastic price as well.
