I just moved and accidentally ordered…
I just moved and accidentally ordered this to the wrong address. I immediately emailed, called and texted to update the address or cancel the order. There was plenty of time to correct the address or cancel the order before it shipped since I had contacted them within minutes of the order being placed on all three of the ways they provide to contact them. Toylandeu didn't respond to my email. They responded to my text the next day, which was only after I sent a followup text, which isn't helpful. The phone call I couldn't reach a real person but their AI said she would update my address and obviously it didn't work. This was a birthday gift for my daughter and it still got sent to the wrong address. There was no reason that should have happened. Toylandeu doesn't offer great communication or customer support.
UPDATE- their response to me should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Also what they said isn't true and I have documents to prove so. I messaged them the day before it shipped. Also they only responded once NOT repeatedly. This response wasn't until 18hrs after all of my messages and they said it had shipped, when in fact it had NOT yet shipped per carrier documents and timelines. Their policy says you have 24hrs to cancel or update an address. They did not help correct my mistake even though it would have been so easy to. The slight about my address.... with technology these days it automatically fills your information and I didn't catch it hadn't been updated when one of these automatic fills. Mistakes happen and I made one and toylandeu could have easily helped me but choose not to. This company's response and customer service leave much to be desired.

Hello, you ordered with the wrong address. We then told you repeatedly that we cannot change the address after we ship. So, you are correct. And our shipping policy clearly covers such problems. Sadly, we are not international couriers nor airplane pilots and we cannot divert packages after they ship when a customer doesn't know their own address.
