Appalling Service
I have pensions with three providers two reply with 24 hours to the same request and one Towers Watson on the website states my request is waiting to be allocated. I need the response Now as I am about to retire and want to sort my pension out before the Budget. The last request to get valuation for divorce as requested by the Court took over a month to be allocated and when they did respond they only answered part of required information. This pension has been sitting with them for 50 years and I have only contacted them twice once for Divorce valuation and now for Retirement and the Service is appealing had I have known that earlier I would defitnitely have transferred to another provider as my other two pensions I always get response within 24 hours and they let you know immediately they have received and when they have responded , TW you continually have to check on website as they do not notify
