We are happy to hear your kind words, Antoinette. Consistent, respectful service is what we strive for at Tower Loan.
abuse and an unfair, deceptive practic
You added at least two insurance policies to the loan that I did not contract for, do not want, and do not need, and that I was not told would be included. I consider this an abuse and an unfair, deceptive practice.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We are glad the loan process was easy and our Manhattan Blvd team provided great customer service.
Customer service experience sucks!!!
I was given very wrong information and told if I came in with a voided check that I would not be charged for the convenience fee and when I went in to the office to set up auto draft payments I was told that they would still charge me the convenience fee that is charged for making payments even though auto draft should be a convenience for the company not the customer, at least you know you would be getting your payment and on time. I paid off the loan and left!!! I WOULD NEVER do business with this company again!!!
