Management very unprofessional
I had done business with this company for several loans over the last few years. Never missed a payment or been late. I needed to get a small loan to pay my property taxes on time. While I was waiting one of the employees was on the phone trying to get a customer to come in and make a payment. They had this customer on speaker phone so that everybody could hear. He made it clear that he received his money on the 20th of the month and would be in then. They kept putting pressure on this man to come in and pay to keep from being reported as late. He kept telling them that when he got his check, he would be in. This went on and on until they convinced him to increase the amount of his loan to get his current one up to date. Then they ask me for proof of income and said that I could go to my bank and get a print out. Now I have done business with them for over 5 years and have a credit score of 730. I told them never mind, if I had to drive to the bank, I would get it there. I also told them that I didn't like the way they did business. A couple of weeks later, I got a letter that a loan request had been refused because I was unable to verify income. These people are a joke.
