We had completed two other tours with T&T that went well and since we had a free day we booked a day trip to Bruges. The bus situation is a bit chaotic with multiple tours lining up at once and busses coming in. The trip we had was great and our guide Pieter balanced out the 3hr drive well with great details of what we were seeing, great random details about Amsterdam and places along the way. His communication and expectations of the tour were very clear to keep everyone informed. We had a quick city tour to get our bearings with some great historical information, and then free time to explore. He provided lunch recommendations. The only hiccup was an issue with the bus on departure which was completely out of anyone's control. Pieter handled this so well considering the flack he was receiving from some guests on the tour. He was able to resolve the issue in 1.5hrs by having one bus take us to the border and another picking us up. My only feedback on this part is when switching busses a bathroom break should have been provided because the new bus did not have a washroom and the facilities at the starting point had closed so no one was able to go to the bathroom for quite some time. Other than that we were back 1.5hrs later than planned and we were kept well informed through out

Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service. We booked a tour through the Dam Square branch for an 8:00 PM departure. Despite being at the meeting point on time, no guide appeared and nobody answered the contact number provided.

A staff member at the branch even confirmed our presence, tried calling the guide twice himself, and walked to the meeting point to verify no group was there. However, after waiting a month for an "investigation," customer service claimed the tour started on time and blamed us for the no-show. They only offered a 50% refund "as a courtesy."

This is dishonest and unprofessional. If you want a reliable experience and fair treatment, I suggest booking elsewhere through more reputable platforms like GetYourGuide.

We paid cash for a two-person Bruges tour from Amsterdam through the Tours & Tickets outlet at Dam Square. At the time of purchase, we specifically asked whether there were sufficient participants for the tour to proceed and were assured by the salesperson that there were.

Unfortunately, the tour was later cancelled by the operator, GetYourGuide, and we were not notified of the cancellation. Both parties have since shifted responsibility to each other, leaving the issue unresolved.

Based on this experience, I strongly recommend purchasing tour tickets directly from the operator rather than through a ticketing agent such as Tours & Tickets, as direct bookings ensure you receive timely and reliable communication from the operator.

I am extremely disappointed with toursandtickets.com.tr (operated by Cogito Istanbul LTD). I purchased 2 tickets through their website for Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia for Tuesday, December 16th. The Tours and Tickets website allowed me to select and pay for a 1:30 PM slot on a Tuesday, despite this being the official closing day for Topkapi Palace. This is a massive technical failure on their part. I have contacted their support multiple times via email and WhatsApp. They initially said they "forwarded the request," but they have since ignored me for two weeks. Do not be fooled by the professional look of Tours and Tickets: they sell tickets for days when attractions are closed and then refuse to provide a refund. I am now forced to start a chargeback process with my bank UniCredit and take legal action.

This company in Amsterdam next to the Anne Frank house scammed me out of money. They cancelled a boat trip without telling us and then will not respond to my emails about getting a refund.

We had a fabulous guide called Diana, and the bus driver was amazing. He was very entertaining playing music and singing. We did the windmills and country side tour in the Netherlands and had a wonderful day

un helado,aún no habíamos hecho media excursión cuando nos dejaron plantados a mi marido y a mi sin saber el idioma en el lugar que habíamos quedado llegando nosotros a la hora para seguir la excursión, por lo que pudimos ver no era la primera vez que dejaban a alguien plantado sin acabar la excursión.La excursión valía 118€ nada barata por dejarnos colgados cuando faltaba unas 3/4 partes de la excursión.Luego vi que podíamos haber hecho la excursión por nuestra cuenta con los autobuses de la ciudad y muchísimo más barato.ESTAFA y ROBO en toda regla,amigos si os puedo ayudar en esto os ahorraréis un gran disgusto y dinero ya que se puede hacer la excursión por tu cuenta con las líneas de autobuses de la ciudad.por cierto la guía se llamaba Astrik y llevaba un acompañante que no servían para nada.Esto nos pasó en Amsterdam.lo que fue el colmo es que al llegar a la agencia mi queja la ponían en duda porque me dijeron que abría que oír la versión de los guías seguramente a ver quién decía la verdad!!!? Tampoco como dice alguna persona de los comentarios los guías contaron a ver si estaban todas las personas en el autobús para seguir la marcha,en fin un robo y estafa

Ik woon in de historische binnenstad van Edam en onze mooie plaatsje wordt deze zomer overspoeld door touringcar toerisme. Tours en Tickets heeft Edam opgenomen in een rondrit en zet groepen van 40 tot 60 man aan de zuidkant van de stad af met bussen en pikt deze 20 minuten later weer op aan de Noordzijde van de stad. Ook touristen die slecht ter been zijn zijn verplicht binnen die tijd door de stad te lopen. De groepen zijn veel te groot voor onze stad. De bruggen en straatjes zijn smal. En er wonen gewoon mensen! Wat ik zie is dat inwoners van Edam die hun kinderen uit school moeten halen, naar bakker gaan of de bus moeten halen, verstrikt raken in grote groepen toeristen uit de bussen van Tours en Tickets.

J'ai posé des question lors d'un achat pour une excursions et les informations données étaient fausses ! Je me suis retrouvée à faire une excursion pour Giethoorn de 9h en car, pour seulement 3h sur place. Ce n'est aucunement indiqué sur les éléments de communication et ce n'est pas ce que l'on m'a indiqué à l'achat. Pratique commerciale trompeuse !
Si vous osez réclamer un remboursement par mail, ils vous répondront avec Chat GPT ou je ne sais quelle IA. La honte !

My daughter (8) and I did the “Windmills & Countryside tour” from Amsterdam. Whilst it is certainly touristy and somewhat formulaic we had a fabulous day out together. Our guides Maria & Nico were full of fun and kept our large group on time. The clear star of the day, for both myself & my daughter was our bus driver Stef. He sang songs, told stories, taught us how to say the “Grrr” in Dutch.

Whilst not an official part of the tour Stef was the highlight of our whole trip. Credit to him and the tickets & tours team.

Everything was fine until I boarded the bus. The driver was going to make me go upstairs though I walk with a stick. It turned out there was a seat downstairs. The older guide, Pieter, was a bully. So many 'rules' and spoke as if he was addressing children. When asked the way back to the bus, he waved his arm and said that way, which told me nothing. Also made an inappropriate comment to young women on the bus. Another couple had been on a previous trip with him and said he was the same on that one. I spoke to the manager at the office, I really hope they have sorted the problem. He ruined the trip for me and others.

La experiencia fue nefasta. Escogimos esta excursión porque se ofrecía en español y sin ningún tipo de aviso, ni tan siquiera antes de subir al autobús, no hubo guía en español y al grupo de personas que íbamos por esa opción se nos dejó a un lado, sin ningún tipo de explicación. Desde ese día llevo reclamando la devolución del importe de la excursión.

Abbiamo partecipato al tour Zanzee Schans, Voledam e Marken (all inclusive). Viaggio in bus molto comodo peccato che ci sia poco tempo per visitare i tre paesetti. Tutto concentrato su visita mulino a vento (non siamo potuti salire perché era pericolante!!!!!! 😐) fabbrica di zoccoli, azienda di formaggio. In pratica poco tempo per visitare il centro delle cittadine. Sarebbe più conveniente fare il tour base (quindi più economico) piuttosto che all inclusive e giri come ti pare. Altra nota negativa la guida deve parlare solo in inglese e spagnolo.... e i turisti italiani???? Per nostra fortuna la guida Maria era Italiana, molto gentile, professionale e disponibile con tutti i componenti del gruppo. Gita sicuramente consigliata👍 prenotando solo il viaggio! 😎

Il 29/4/25 con mia figlia abbiamo fatto il tour di Zaanse Shanse a vedere e visitare i Mulini a Vento, Volendam con visita al caseificio e assaggi e dimistrazione di cialde con spiegazione in un forno locale .Per finire poi Marken splendido villaggetto di ex pescatori con dimostrazione in un piccolo negozio di come si fanno gli zoccoli . I tempi sono stati perfetti anche per gironzolare in autonomia , sul pullman auricolari con lingua anche in italiano ,finalmente ,con informazioni molto interessanti. Ragazzi dello staff SUPER , ADRIANA - ALFREDO ci accompagnavano rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande in tre lingue 🔝Frenki autista super. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza!!!

Ik tok de Keukenkof tour met mijn drie meisjes van 13, 10 en 7 jaar oud en de chauffeur "Mike" maakte grappen volledig storend, seksistisch en beledigend jokes over "de PM, de heer Dick en zijn baan in q plaats die synonim pf Pussy, met de nadruk in hoe "de heer Dick gaat naar de Pussy" . Na een klacht indienen bij het bedrijf werknemer die getuige was van het, vertelde hij me "ze zijn gewoon woorden".

Tagesausflug Keukenhof ,habe eine Deutsche Übersetzung gebucht ,war alles nur Englisch ,am nächsten Tag Eintritt in das Ajax Amsterdam Stadion wieder eine Deutsche Übersetzung gebucht und wieder nur Englisch geredet, es gibt nämlich keinen Deutschen Guide laut Auskunft vom Personal vor Ort, das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit .
Wenn wir das gewusst hätten ,hätten wir es nicht gebucht .

The worst company I’ve ever booked with ruined my holiday completely I booked for myself for my nine-year-old daughter to attend the Roman Colosseum today. I preplanned an itinerary and booked for myself and my daughter to attend the Colosseum at 11:30. It took me over 30 minutes to locate the tour and tours officers due to the sign being incorrect. I then had to ask a local street seller to show me the directions of where to go. He then wanted paying for this. There was nobody at the meeting point or in the square for me to liaise with and I suffer with a mental impairment and this caused me no end of stressing upset my daughter is nine years old and I was then told that her ticket would not be given to me as they do not have a printer of it this was due to the incompetence I believe of the company I’ve been demanded for somebody to come down to the Colosseum with me as I suffer from a mental impairment and was getting quite upset at this point as I was confused as to why other people were getting children’s tickets but I wasn’t the ticket that was given to me presented that I only paid £18 when a actual fact I paid £45 through get your guide. I was then told that I needed to wait in a queue at the Colosseum which was more than likely full of over 300 people this then meant that I missed the time to enter the Colosseum and was then asked if I would push in the queue. I was so disheartened and upset. I spoke to an advisor at the Colosseum and they informed me that it was the issue of the tall provider. It was nothing to do with the Colosseum to provide the child’s ticket at this point. I’m very frustrated and it’s getting very hot. I then have to walk back to the tour and tours officers and I demand that I am given a new ticket at this point my daughter is so disheartened as she is currently learning about the Romans in our history lesson and we wanted to attend earlier on in the day so we could follow on the itinerary that we had planned. This ruined my whole day it then meant that I had to attend the Colosseum at 2:30 in the afternoon in the strong and powerful heat. This just shows the incompetence of the company and the fact they have no duty of care I am absolutely disgusting and would not recommend this company to anybody especially somebody with a mental impairment or disability. They have no compassion.

We were in amsterdam and unfortunately been to toursandtickets.We wanted to buy 3 van gogh muesum tickets and 2 canal cruise,but the shop asistant/manager sold us 3 rijk muesum tickets ?? sad that they are nonrefundable we may can go rijk ? İ have already been to rijk and want to go van gogh and this is totally her fault ! İ have written manyy mails to toursantickets , they keep saying shop asistant did confirmed?? (she did not) tickets are non refundable. İ am very sorry about all this , my money has gone bc of shop asistant did not listened me and even after all my emails they did not help me!

Booked a tour, paid with cash, they cancelled the tour, then said hey fill in some forms and we will pay you in 14 to 28 days.

Make sure you pay with credit card so you can cancel the order and get your money back if they cancel on you.
