Nice design, but the product didn’t feel as durable as expected
50 days, no package, no resolution. I placed my order 50 days ago and have yet to receive it. The only tracking was through the Shop app, which showed it “in transit” for over a month with no updates. When I reached out, the company told me they wouldn’t refund or replace the item because it was personalized, even though it was never delivered.
Instead, they said I had to wait for the original package to be returned to their warehouse (with no timeline) before they’d reship it — again with no confirmed shipping or delivery date. To this day, they have not provided a tracking number or update.
After 40 days with nothing, I filed a credit card dispute as a last resort. The company’s response? “Sorry it didn’t work out.” That would be theft.
Great customer service. We had a few problems with order and I had to return part of it. They were very helpful easy to contact and resolved all the issues.
Love the product and looking forward to using them.
Poor quality. I fell for the beauty of this luggage but that quickly fades when you realize the beauty doesn’t last. The paint cover they spray on the luggage is soft and does not withstand any sort of rubbing. I have two carry-ons and one Navigator. The Navigator looks like it has been to Vietnam and I have only checked it twice and used it three times.
They will try to tell you, you shouldn’t check a cream colored suitcase. THEN YOU SHOULDN’T BE SELLING IT. This is a checked bag size. Even if you fly private, the bag has to go somewhere and will be in contact with other bags and a floor.
Save your money.
Still waiting for product 2 months after ordering. Poor delivery of “premium” luggage.
After a lot of time researching I bought the Paravel Aviator Plus and the Aviator Grand as a set to invest in some premium luggage - I received one case 2 weeks after the other because of shipping issues which I had to chase multiple times. And then after only one flight the Aviator Grand broke - the TSA lock snapped off and the zip broke - meaning I had to buy another case while on holiday to get home with. After raising this to customer service all they could offer me was posting a new zip and instructing me to find someone to replace the zip myself. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for said replacement parts. At this price point I would expect much better durability and customer service - really disappointed. I had a much cheaper Tripp case for 10 years which went on 5+ flights a year and never had an issue. The bags are very beautiful but I’m very disappointed with the durability and customer service in response to the damage so far.
I ordered and paid for two aviators and a packing cube on 3 March. On 27 March I complained that the items were still not with me. I was told by the operator that DHL had for some reason returned the items and that it would be quicker for her to reorder my items which would be with me in the couple of weeks latest. I was hugely disapointed as I wanted the cases for a holiday planned. The holiday has since gone and the aviators and packing cubes are still not with me. I have written to complain but Paravel have not responded.
The after sales experience at Paravel is scandalous.
