We were extremely disappointed that you sent Sanson. He is gentle, caring, and friendly, but unfortunately, he is not a professional tour guide.

First, the vehicle was old, dirty, and completely inappropriate for a professional private tour. Second, Sanson was repeatedly picking his nose and ears, even after I explained that we found this unhygienic and inappropriate.

His English was extremely limited, and he had virtually no knowledge of the history or culture of the places we visited. We did not hire your neighbor to simply drive us around—we hired and paid for a professional tour guide.

Everywhere we went, we saw other tourists traveling in proper tour vans with professional guides explaining the sites and accompanying them. We were the exception.

We were also disappointed with the lack of honesty. On two occasions, Sanson told us he was late because of traffic, yet the roads were practically empty.

Most concerning, we now believe this arrangement may have been planned from the beginning. Otherwise, we cannot understand why you never personally showed up—not even for one day.

What should have been a wonderful experience became a terrible disappointment and, frankly, a nightmare.

Thank you David and Son for bringing us around Hanoi. And arranging everything for us so well. Son is such a friendly and adaptable driver and gave very good suggestions on food too.

Our guide was not only an outstanding guide with an abundance of knowledge but also an outstanding person. He showed up for us even when he didn’t have to. We will be forever grateful to Alex.

Our guide Milda was very empathetic, she helped us in everything we asked and she has a lot of knowledge about the places we visited.

Nos pusimos en contacto con esta empresa con muchas esperanzas y espectativas y al final nos ha salido "rana".
Hemos hecho un viaje a Etiopía de 24 días y la empresa TourHQ nos puso en contacto con un tour operador/ guía del país, todo fue bien hasta que el guía Anteneh Sileshi cogió el dinero.... ahí empezó la " juerga" ....lo 1° que hizo este personaje fue cancelar parte del itinerario y 6 de los 7 vuelos que estaban contratados y pagados.
Al final del tour es estafador( Anteneh Sileshi) nos dejó tirados en Addis ababa sin darnos ningún explicación y Tour HQ no nos brindó ninguna solución ni cobertura.
Así que no estamos satisfechos con ellos.
