Scammed - Dash Cam Mirror & No Refund!
On August 2, 2021 purchased RearView+ Mirror Dash Cam x1 for $149.00 through shopflawless.com(@gmail.com) for the merchant TOTOAUTOUS. I received a purchase confirmation email immediately. On August 5, 2021, I received an email my order had shipped. The email informed me I would receive tracking information from the carrier as soon as it was available. I use Shop App to monitor online purchases from purchase to delivery at my door step. I never received an email from TOTOAUTOUS or Shopflawless.com regarding the carrier or tracking number. I contacted UPS, FedEX & DHL with the order number to see if a tracking number was available. No carrier ever had any information related to my supposed order. I reached out to TOTO and Shopflawless several times to no avail until I discovered the URL page I used to make this purchase had been removed. I have continued to research TOTO and found this merchant is now listed on Pinterest via shopflawless.com as of 11/23/2021. I am not sure if TOTO AUTO US or shopflawless.com exists or that the RearView Mirror+ Dash Cam x1 is a real product as I have not been able to find legitimate Customer Service contact information for either company. I reporting these companies as a scam to Shopify and any online marketplace to warn potential customers not to bother with these marketing vampires!!!
