Total Pest Control Arvostelua 

I contacted Total Pest Control to clear and re-insulate the loft space in a property I am currently renovating. The service has been excellent from start to finish. Particular thanks are due to Jody Everett for surveying and providing professional, expert advice very promptly following initial contact, to Simon for liaising to arrange the work and to Kevin and colleague for working very diligently, leaving the space clean and tidy. All of this took place within a two week timescale. I’m extremely pleased and can’t recommend this company enough - thank you!

Booked through the landlords agent to provide a quote for a full decontamination of my loft. I told them that I wasn't going to be home and to call me when they were on their way as I was staying two minutes away. Found out this morning through the landlords agent that someone did actually turn up at 2pm but just left when nobody was home!! Didn't even try and call me or the agent. Absolute joke.

I had to really chase to get the technicians to visit and I found customer services unfriendly and unhelpful.

Our local technician, Shawn, is excellent. He always checks in with us to see if we have any particular problems, but on the whole keeps our premises vermin free.

Contacted these guys for a mice issue.
I spoke to the office a number of times and they were friendly and helpful.
Their technician Karl inspected the kitchen, put down traps etc and then once all clear sealed up the entry point. He returned to inspect the area a number of times and was always punctual, friendly and helpful. He always explained what he was doing, and why, and the next steps.
Thanks to Karl and the team for managing the issue and preventing the mice getting in (they did a better job than our cat!).

We called TPC to attend to little visitors in our loft and garage. They attended that same afternoon, Mark was extremely thorough and friendly. The following other scheduled visits he messaged me to ask when would be convenient to come round and let me know when he was on the way. Very professional and convenient service! I’m pleased to report our unwanted visitors are now gone!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Total Pest Control during a scheduled pest inspection. On the technician’s second visit, John came to inspect the attic. However, when he placed the ladder at the opening, the full cover of the attic fell down. It was clear that this happened due to his actions, but when we asked him to put the cover back, he claimed he didn’t know how to do it and rudely insisted it wasn’t his responsibility.

His attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which was shocking considering we had expected better service from this company. If a technician causes something to fall, surely it’s reasonable to expect them to fix it!

I wouldn’t recommend Total Pest Control based on this experience. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service were really disappointing.

Excellent service

We called out Total Pest Control to handle a wasp nest, and they exceeded our expectations. They were punctual, professional, and friendly, and they successfully dealt with the issue on the first visit. I highly recommend Total Pest Control for any pest-related issues!

I wish soha contractors were like the man who did my house for bed bugs he not only was kind and respectful he was also reassuring that it's nothing disgusting or bad but it's his respect alot of soha contractors should act the same way
