Total Motor Care Arvostelua

Professional and courteous. Good communication throughout. It's good to have my Skoda City Go back in pristine condition. Highly recommend Total Care Motors who live up to their name.

They did good job of the repair, but the communication was one-way I had to phone them each time I had 3 completion dates I understand that things are difficult at the moment but would say that I would be happier if just phoned or text me to let me know

Shocking company, sons car went in for repair and came back with new damage, TMC refused liability or to repair even though they admitted it wasn’t there when it went in. Also rude and arrogant in responses. Definitely use somewhere else for car repairs.

Recently picked up my Gla from TMC following repair- I must say they did a brilliant job, so pleased with the outcome car looks brand new !! Also I must say the customer service is excellent, they deal with all queries in a very professional manner . Thank you TMC.

Great Service. Friendly and very professional staff

Crash body work repairs. Excellent quality of work and excellent service. My car looks amazing,my car is a new colour & they went the extra mile & it's a perfect match. Thank you all will definitely recommend this garage.

Excellent service received from this garage for the crash repair on my vehicle. Staff very friendly, helpful & professional. Very pleased with the work they carried out and the time in which they got it done. Would use again & recommend.

Fantastic group of people, friendly polite and helpful. These guys repaired my BMW and it looked better than new. They use genuine parts, and are quite quick. So when my Ford picked up some damage, it was a no brainer to send it to them. Practically perfect in every way!

Had to have my van side painted after some vandalism was done quality job couldn’t fault it offered tea and coffee when arrived will use again in the future

Great service; friendly and professional. Got me out of a pickle!! Would highly recommend!

Very smart, professional, family run business. The staff are always very polite, the work is good value for money with high standards of finish. The coffee is a nice touch!

after repair had to take car back twice as not repaired right then had to take to have retracked as did not drive right and wore out one tyre . will never use them again

Fantastic garage!!! Wonderful and honest team. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always are kind enough to explain everything to someone who knows very little about cars! Neil at reception is lovely and friendly and Gary was so helpful and expert. It’s a pleasure to use them. They have a welcoming office, coffee vending machine and spotless toilet. As a woman driver, they never talk down to me and I know I’m going to get excellent service, professionally executed, and at a fair price. I’ve been using them for years and they provide an absolutely top-class service. Thank you for keeping me safe and on the road, Total, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I don't use anyone else. Take all my cars to Anthony and team. Always great work at fair prices and best advice. Highly recommended.

I've used total for years and never had an issue, I have also had to use the body work part of total for insurance, again no issues, everything was spot on and they kept me up to date with everything. Couldn't ask for anything more, cheers total!
