They fulfilled their delivery process very promptly . I needed some sunnies for a holiday and I couldn’t rely on the airport the come arrived 2 days later as I ordered after 3pm.

The best at customer service

I had a little defect with my Prada sunglasses so had to return the original pair. But the exchange was smooth thanks to Ellie and the team's quick and professional responses. They even called me to tell me that the warranty has been accepted by the manufacturer and notified me that they can send out a new pair immediately which was a nice gesture.
Extremely impressed with the price compared to other stores and delivery was quick too. Hope to shop with you guys again. Thank you again Ellie and Tortoise + Black!!

Excellent customer service

Ellie provided excellent customer service in respect of an issue that I had with my glasses. The issue was easily resolved. I would really recommend Tortoise + Black and will use them again in the future.

Good experience

I ordered for the first time from this store. The Rayban sunglasses I ordered was at a good discounted price and arrived on time. I am happy with the product and the store’s service. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.
