Purchased a trampoline in April. Due to works around the garden, did not have it put together until October. It's now only March and one of the brackets has snapped in half during a storm in Wellington, rendering the entire trampoline unusable. Torpedo7 states this is not their problem and will do nothing to assist, despite the fact that this has only been used for 6 months (and purchased under a year ago).

Great service. Product did what was expected of it. Shoes, comfort, stability, great grip and support.

Price was good. Unable to have a click and collect, had to then pay oversize delivery fee. Took away any discount benefits. Skis arrived in good time however although wrapped in plastic top of one ski has a large scratch in it, somewhat disappointed overall.

Very fast delivery and great communication

Although their shops are closing in NZ the staff were lovely and very accommodating to price requests etc. wide range of gear and clothing available.

We ordered a queen size air mattress it was bit slow but xmas time understand but when we received it and followed the instructions next morning it had gone down so we continued to use it and blow it up every day . i sent a email and received a reply they will answer in 1 to 3 business days after writing and sending 4 more msgs no reply I guess it means they are going broke unless your desperate don't buy from them

Good Deal, good value for money

Left an item out of my online order, no refund and no responses to multiple emails and help requests. Tempted to take things further just so they don’t get away with such scammy business and obviously not employing enough staff/giving back.

I bought two items and both were faulty. I had to buy after market parts for both just to get them to a useable state, and torpedo 7 wont get back to me after two attempts over two weeks.

Two months ago I ordered some items via click and collect. I was unable to collect them and after 7 days, supposedly the money would be returned to my account. I have sent numerous emails over the past month to customer service and have been ignored every time - I just want my money refunded for my items. Appalling experience.

No Star – Order Never Arrived, No Communication

I am extremely frustrated with this company. I placed an order and it has never been delivered. There has been no tracking, no clear updates, and no proper response despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Weeks have passed and I am still waiting, with no explanation and no resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable.

At this point, the experience feels highly suspicious. Whether this is incompetence or something more concerning, I cannot say — but as a customer, this has been a terrible experience.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Very easy purchasing, T7 shipped my goods in a reasonable time for peak season. Items were packaged well, and a great price. Always happy with T7's service and goods.

Last time I shop at Torpedo 7 - Two orders in a row I ordered an item, had no update from Torpedo7 for multiple weeks, no response to follow up enquiries via email, and then my order was cancelled with an automated email.

3 emails and phone call to connect with service center.
Advised to return product.
No feedback on product purchased.
Waiting on refund.
Experience has deterred me from purchasing online from Torpedo7 in the future (inspite of having good products).
