My item (a big lazy boy) was picked up in AZ & delivered in NY with no issues.. The company had good communications. If you are looking to ship something a long distance & you are not in a hurry (my shipment took 30 days) I would recommend Torodo

Very pleased with the service here--clear and frequent communication, timely delivery, and they took great care with our items. We were clearing a family member's estate, shipping furniture items from OH to ME and NC--they picked up everything at once, and got the right items to the right destinations. Excellent piano move out of state
We had a piano delivered from Cincinnati to Louisiana. The pick up was perfect, on time, very polite crew who quickly and very carefully wrapped the piano and piano seat, carefully loaded and secured it in a spotless , new van/truck and were on their way. I was very pleased by their professional skill and attention to detail.
