On June 6th at 2025 at 17:31 I placed a withdrawal of 49,999. On June 7th morning the withdrawal has been reversed saying it's cancelled. Why is my withdrawal being cancelled unnecessarily after entering the right bank account details. account has been frozen again after placing withdrawals. Nuevamente vuelvo a escribir. Son unos estafadores con los famosos depósitos para acceder a los bonos. Luego de que engañan y cargas como 3 depósitos nunca aparecen los juegos en la sesión de uno para usar el bono con los juegos. Automáticamente aparece el importe de bonos pero al buscar o seleccionar los juegos te pide nuevamente que realices otro depósito. Hice muchísimos reclamos por telegram y cada agente que te atiende el caso te hace explicar todo nuevamente y cada uno dá diferente versión de solución. Inclusive grabé mi pantalla para mostrarles qué en mi sesión ID NO APARECÍAN LOS JUEGOS para utilizar el bono. Es mas ésta opción de grabar pantalla me solicita 1 de los agentes que atienden en línea y cuando le envío todo se desconecta. Ahí nuevamente a esperar una próxima atención y comenzar todo de nuevo la explicación. Obvio que me tomé el tiempo de esperar y hacer durante 4 días seguidos los reclamos y fue en vano. Con respecto a la grabadora de pantalla los demás agentes que te atienden te ponen la escusa qué no pueden abrir ese tipo de archivo. Está todo diseñado para engañar y estafar a usuarios. PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA Y ESTAFA.
Leí varios opiniones en ésta página donde hablan maravillas, pero difícilmente sea así. Deben ser mismos miembros de la empresa para dejar reseñas positivas de TOPX. NO CAIGAN EN ÉSTA PLATAFORMA. Seguiré buscando para denunciar y reportar en donde pueda. Gracias.
