Good experience renting a car
I wanted this type of a car, and was pleased to receive it without any problems. The car was clean and in good order. It was easy to drive and did not have a problem with any type of a road, including steep ascends in curves. I fortunately did not need any service, but I would have appreciated to have the "instructions book" about the car in the car, in order to learn more about some of its functions. My booking did not say that the car would be at the head office that is quite far from the terminal. This should be clear, as it takes time. However, there was a good shuttle. This booking was made via Booking.com . They offer full insurance, but the rental company prefers their insurance. The companies could kindly align these requirements. The staff was helpful and everything was done quickly. This was my second experience of renting a car with Top Rent a Car, both experiences were good.

Наемането на колата стана бързо и…
Наемането на колата стана бързо и колата беше в много добро състояние. Персоналът беше отзивчив. Единствена забележка беше трансфера от летището до мястото за наемане. . Микробусите нямат достатъчно места за превозване на клиентите и опашките са винаги огромни. Понякога се налага са се чака час за достигане до мястото за наемане.

Contract trap
Despite renting the car with Premium insurance with a €0 security deposit, your company has already charged my card a total of €190 for unjustified expenses.
That's called stealing! I can't believe Top Rent A Car need to steal from his customers to survive.

We are sorry to learn that your overall impression of our service was not positive.
However, we would like to clarify that the Premium Protection applies only when the customer fulfills all required conditions and follows the procedures specified in the Rental Agreement
In this particular case, the required conditions were not met. As a result, the Premium Protection could not be applied, and the standard charges outlined in the Rental Agreement were incurred.
Furthermore, due to the lack of cooperation on your part during the handling of the case, our actions were based entirely on the established procedures and provisions set out in the Rental Agreement.
For these reasons, we do not consider either the applied charges or the procedures followed to be unfair or unjustified.
We hope this explanation helps clarify the situation and provides a better understanding of the circumstances surrounding the charges.

I was late 4 hours with the returning…
I was late 4 hours with the returning of the car. I know my fault. But a bit hard to be charged:
-Delay fee 36 euros
- charged for 2 extra days 64 euros
-2 extra days for childrens seats. 8 euros.
When i call and spoke to costumers service i explaimed that in the contract is says from 4-24 hours delay same fee when i told them that i Can keep the car untill just before 24 hours the threat me that they would call the police.
This firm charges you for everything is sick real Mafia methods.

We understand that additional charges can be frustrating, and we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your rental.
As you mentioned, the vehicle was returned approximately 4 hours later than the agreed return time stated in the rental agreement. The fees applied were not arbitrary and were charged in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the rental contract, which was reviewed and signed at the start of the rental period.
Regarding the section of the agreement referring to delays between 4 and 24 hours, this provision does not grant authorization to keep the vehicle for up to 24 additional hours without consequences. The purpose of this clause is to explain the charging structure that applies when a vehicle is returned late. As explained by our staff during the return process, once the agreed rental period expires, the vehicle is no longer covered by an active rental agreement under the original terms. For this reason, it is important that the vehicle is returned as soon as possible after the scheduled return time.
Late returns can also affect vehicle availability for subsequent reservations and create operational difficulties for other customers who may be expecting the same vehicle. Therefore, the applicable delay fees and additional rental charges are applied according to the contract provisions and our standard operating procedures.
We would also like to clarify that our customer service team did not intend to threaten you. Their responsibility is to explain the contractual obligations associated with a vehicle that remains outside the agreed rental period. In situations where a vehicle is not returned within the contractual timeframe, rental companies are required to take appropriate measures to protect company property and comply with legal and insurance requirements.
We value all customer feedback and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we believe the charges applied in this case were consistent with the terms accepted at the time of rental and were not imposed outside of the agreed contractual framework.
We appreciate your business and thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify this matter.

Специално искам да благодаря на Стойко, който беше изключително любезен, усмихнат и професионален. Той ми помогна с паркирането на автомобила, обясни всичко необходимо и направи процедурата по връщането бърза и лесна. Впечатлена съм и от бързото възстановяване на депозита.
Също така бих искала да благодаря и на колегата от Терминал 2, от когото получих автомобила на 5 юни. За съжаление не си спомням името му, но и той беше много любезен, отзивчив и професионален.
Самият автомобил беше в отлично състояние и напълно отговори на очакванията ми. Давам 10/10 както за автомобила, така и за цялостното обслужване.
