pacco assicurato, consegnato a persona sbagliata , sono due mesi che "devono indagare"... nel frattempo cliente rimborsata (non da loro) ed io che aspetto.
Mi sono chiesta se vale la pena pagare l'assicurazione, visti i risultati

Delivery was fast. I sent 2 parcels and they were delivered within 3 days from Italy to Germany. Contents: clothes and shoes. I added insurance just to be safe since it was my first time and truly everything was good. 19kg under 60 euros including insurance which i think was not needed. I will use their service again and again. I am impressed

Very professional service

The website was very easy to use, easy to navigate and clear. I needed a courier company to deliver a birthday present to my friend in Russia, it was the first time sending to Russia so was apprehensive. However, the guides and information on the website was exceptionally clear and well written, I was easily able to understand what can and can't be sent etc.

I completed all the requested information, the company handled everything else, they collected the package, sorted out customs, I never had to deal with customs anywhere, the company did it all. It was amazing service. My friend got the present after 2 weeks.

Really happy and will definitely use the service again as they were also reasonably priced.

El seguiniento del envio no estaba actualizado, el paquete llegó a Minsk, pero en la página seguía saliendo que estaba en tránsito, si no es porque llamé por telefono un par de veces, me hubiesen devuelto el envio. Deberían actualizar los seguimientos de los envios, para no generar tanta confusión

Horrible company!
I sent glass from UK and received it in Russian shattered in small pieces.
The box was completely ruined, like someone on purpose smashed it with something.
Company refused to take responsibility blaming me for not packing it properly.

Посылку не доставили на дом, несмотря на то, что за эту услугу я заплатила приличную сумму. Моей сестре пришлось забирать её самой в почтовом отделении 5 дней спустя после решения возникших таможенных вопросов. Посылка шла намного дольше заявленного при её оформлении срока.

In general, I am almost satisfied with the company's work this time. The only negative point was that the collection of correspondence was not carried out the first time. I had to write an additional letter and demand that the item be collected again.

They assisted me throughout all the process, from the initial guidance into which delivery channel to use (EMS) to the actual final delivery.
Reading a 14% of negative reviews, honestly at first I was a bit cautious, but then I decided to trust them, and I have to say I have been fully repaid.
Maybe it's because people are more willing to write complaints, than positive reviews 😅.

Anyway, delivery times have been approximately on schedule, and the tracking was very punctual and reliable.

I am happy I found them, I will certainly recommend them to my friends.

9го января курьер забрал ее от нас в Кракове и 22го утром она получена в Астане. Ожидали, что со всеми таможнями недели 3 будет ехать как минимум.

The parcel from Spain to Russia arrived in three weeks over the New Year holidays. Everything went smoothly, with no issues at all, and the shipping process was clear and quick.
