I am absolutely appalled by the service I have received from this company.

I paid over £2,000 for a built-in bed that hasn’t even lasted a year. Not only have parts of the bed started falling apart, but there are also exposed areas along the wall where the installation was left unfinished. Several aspects of the work were simply not completed to an acceptable standard.

I raised these issues repeatedly over the course of several months. I was assured that someone would come back to rectify the problems, yet those promises were never fulfilled. Despite the bed being covered by a warranty, no genuine effort was made to honour it or resolve the faults.

Before any attempt is made to claim that this was a different company, I will be attaching screenshots of our conversations clearly showing their company name and logo. I will also be sharing my experience in a TikTok video so others can make an informed decision before choosing this company.

Received these my bed yesterday having had to cancel the deliveries twice due to issues for me at home TopNotch handled fantastically. They delivered my bed yesterday and the delivery drivers were absolutely amazing taking the bed upstairs and ensuring no mess was left. They always had a smile on the face. I can highly recommend this company to anyone as a service was super. Incidentally, I paid for the installation service but once I advised them I was not ready to have the bed fitted. They refunded the 50 GBP fitting cost immediately keep it up on great to deal with the company like this.

I purchased a huge beautiful bed back in late December, it arrived early January! Delivery was fast and easy! Delivery drivers were polite and respectful to our home. The bed was very easy to put together and took 10 minutes if that! Our bed is extremely comfortable!! The mattress we purchased is a medium to firm and it’s perfect. To this day it’s still the exact same as when we had it delivered! I contacted top notch a few days ago (23rd June) just explaining that our panels are making a noise and one has a split in it. They came back to me almost immediately and asked for our home address for them to send out brand new ones for us free of charge!!! WOW!! Now (25th June) I have just received my tracking details. Great customer service, I would highly recommend this company!!! I am a very happy customer :)

Easy to use website ordered the Valencia tv bed and it is stunning, delivered and assembled very quickly on the day, very satisfied and truly recommend

Fabulous bed, great delivery, I mis calculated the size, but was easily rectified and quickly responded with a replacement part. Would use again.

High quality bed came looking exactly like the picture. Well packaged to prevent any damage and delivery arrived faster than expected (albeit a little early at 6.30am!). No complaints about the process so far!

I’m absolutely delighted with my new bed. The quality is excellent and exactly as shown online. Delivery was quick, and the delivery team were incredibly respectful of both me and my home. I had shoe covers ready, but they even brought their own. They kindly carried the bed upstairs for me, which I really appreciated as I wouldn’t have been able to manage it myself. I would definitely buy from Topnotch Furnishings again.

I was seriously worried about or chasing a bed online when I hadn’t seen it.
Plus I was downsizing going down to a double for the first time ever.
TopNotch are fully deserving if their name …. I needn’t have worried.
They were understanding when I had to change the delivery date and when the bed arrived it was well worth the initial anguish.
It’s excellent quality, study and looks classy.
They even went to great lengths to arrange the matching ottoman despite me not ordering it at the same time.
I’m very grateful to TopNotch and highly recommend them.

High quality ottoman! Very happy with the bed, fast delivery and customer service. The instructions provided were less than ideal as were the tools, which led to a wrongly assembled bed. Company responded promptly on WhatsApp and sorted an assembly team two days later which rectified the issues. 5 stars as our feedback was taken seriously, free help provided and promised that the assembly instructions and tools will be changed going forward. Already received a much better assembly video

I would defo NOT recommend them to anyone. Cheap quality beds and non existent customer service. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!

Our king size Manhantan bed frames with lines arrive this morning. They are quick with delivery which is a plus. Our bed was delivered within 3 days of ordering. In the past with other companies we had to wait for minimum of 4 weeks for bed delivery.
Bed is good quality, appears sturdy and luxury. It looks exactly like the picture on the website. The delivery guys assembled it too (we paid extra for this).
I didn't give them 5stars for two reasons.
1) The company didn't inform us on time regarding delivery date and time so we were under pressure to get the room ready. Delivery guy sent a text message less than 20 hours before they delivered.
1) They left their rubbish after assembling the bed. They said they don't take it which I find strange because other companies we used in the past all took their rubbish with them.
Over all we are happy with our buy.
