*PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE BEFORE CHOOSING WHETHER TO INVEST*

TopFx is a sister company of IronFX and are both as trustworthy are as each other!!!

I invested £15,000 in TopFx on 27th July 23 and the numbers I was told by both my account manager and trader I was set to achieve were astonishing… "DON’T BE FOOLED"!! I put 100% trust in the trader by transferring the balance into a "PAMM" account and it was the worst mistake of my life, as within just 4days despite the market’s looking positive the full balance had gone!!!

On the 3rd August. I decided to give it 1 more chance after being "promised" that whatever deposit I made (£1000) it would be returned if I lost it… It took just 3days to lose… I wrote this message and told my lead trader and account manager that if I didn’t receive the 1k deposit back then I would post it to stop others making the same mistake I did!! It’s never arrived!!

Think twice before investing or invest in another company!!!

They are a bunch of scammers!!

Second problem leverage. I use an ea that need 1:500 but they told me at max 1:30. Ok about European law but my friend have an account with them with leverage 1:500 after two days I just stressed. This led to a deluge of unsolicited calls and messages from various organizations, causing significant inconvenience and annoyance.

Furthermore, the platform seems to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and transparency. I was not informed of any losses incurred through my investments until a day later, and even then, the notification was delivered via email, lacking any sense of urgency. This absence of real-time communication is not only unprofessional, but it also puts users at a considerable disadvantage, as they are unable to make informed decisions about their investments.

Of particular concern is the copy trading feature offered by TopFX Trading Platform. Copy trading enables users to replicate the trades of successful investors, offering a chance for less experienced traders to benefit from the expertise of others. Esperienza pessima, mi hanno rimosso il bonus senza alcuna spiegazione, così da farmi bruciare il conto da 7000€, ho cercato informazioni sulle clausole del bonus e non ho trovato nulla se non un messaggio telegram su un gruppo di pochi eletti. Ho chiesto informazioni e mandato un email, ma nessuna risposta. Inoltre sono stato anche minacciato velatamente e ingiuriato con "gente del c.... " Chiedendo solamente spiegazioni tramite social. Much higher spread of compare to other brokers. I get trade able credit bonus. Why my initial finish then they also remove credit bonus also closed my trades. And then they said that it's not trade able. But in advertise they said it's trade able.
