Monthly theft from my account.
I bought the most expensive package, but this company did nothing for me. They failed in everything: no resume writing, no automated applications, and no support at all. None of them was not helpful. I do not recommend them to anyone.
The worst part is that they are stealing money from my account. Every month, they take 18.49 Euros without my permission. I never agreed to this monthly charge. It feels like a total scam.
I have sent many emails and made many calls, but they refuse to stop the charges. This is dishonest and unethical. Save your money and stay away from this service.

Ridiculous and shameful service from TopCV
I took service from them. I can say very clearly that is ridiculous and shameful. They misordered and evaluated my experiences in the worst possible way which caused a very inconsistent CV. Moreover, they did not provide services promised which are "Making 3 Applications, sending my CV: 200 recruiters, 18 POWERFUL career tools" and unfortunately, I already paid for them. Stay away from them, if you want to save your money and psychology.

TopCV took my CV and turned it into something worse.
I was told their experts had improved my CV, updated my skills and made it more suitable for recruiters and employers. What I actually received was a generic, badly AI rewritten CV that sounded unnatural and included very inaccurate information with lies.
The most serious issue is that it contained things that were not true to my real experience and qualifications. That is completely unacceptable. A professional CV service should never be adding misleading or false details to someone’s personal career history.
Instead of improving my CV, they stripped away genuine parts of my background and replaced them with wording that felt artificial and dishonest. It looked more like poor AI generated filler than expert professional writing.
This was not a helpful service, and I would strongly warn others to check very carefully anything they receive back before using it for job applications.
I wouldn’t recommend TopCV at all from this experience.

CV was at best OK, but included a yellow hightlighted "Location" rather than the actual location.
Fortunately I was able to download the text and recreate the format in Word, with actual location data.

Poor Mac compatibility
The CV writing itself was reasonably good, but the final product was disappointing from a technical perspective. The document supplied was not properly compatible with Mac systems, with missing fonts and formatting issues that meant it did not display correctly.
When I raised this with support, the response was essentially that the documents are created in Microsoft Word and may not render properly on Apple devices. In my view this isn’t a satisfactory explanation — Word documents should be formatted using standard fonts so they work across both Windows and Mac.
I paid for a professional service and expected to receive a clean, editable CV that works on common systems. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case here.

When I purchased the package from TopCV for a CV refresh and Linkedin profile, there were a few guarantees:
- I would be talking with the analyst in charge of revamping my CV
- Linkedin Makeover
- We Apply For You: 3 Applications
- 60-day Interview Guarantee
Nothing of this was true!!! I asked to speak to the analyst, she told me this is not possible, no application of my CV was done anywhere and more than 60 days later, no interview happened even for the offers where I applied myself. The LinkedIn revamp was very minimal - there was no review of my LinkedIn account. Instead what I have received was a generic template with some text copied from the CV. I tried using your Auto apply and it generates a completely inaccurate CV.
Honestly, these were the worst money I ever spent. I could have done a much better job with chatGPT.

Appalling and a total rip off. They use AI to write your CV without your consent and the CV was so bad I couldn't even use it as it was full of errors. Avoid this at all costs.
