Bought a bow for my sister-in-law and she absolutely loves it. It took a long time for the package to get here (~20 days) but I realized that after I ordered.

After a long wait, I received them in good condition.

The product is a great value. The shipping packages were beat and banged up and took a little longer than expected. I also wished it had come with instructions

The shipping was fast and I received all items this set is very sturdy and worth the price

I love your product, hate the process for delivery. No packing list provided, caused me to wonder whether I’d get the full order. No email upon sending the packages to provide tracking information. You provided it after I asked for it. These 2 items are as important as the product itself. Fix this and you’ll be A+. Thanks for the thanksgiving gift!

We placed our order several weeks ago and was a little concerned about the shipment, but the customer service was outstanding and reassured us that they were tracking our package as well. It was just a matter logistics and was being sorted with the carrier. We received our package a few days later and in perfect condition. The quality of the bow is exceptional. Thank you!

I received everything i ordered, good quality, but sent the wrong color

Julia from email customer support is why Top Archery held a 5 star review from me instead of 4, I ordered a bow and accessories and the international shipping didn't allow my bow through customs so I was compromised with a different bow they had in stock in the US. I thought I had been scammed at first because there was no shipping information for about a week, I emailed support and got a reply within 24 hours from Julia who reassured me that my other items would still be shipping internationally from China, and the bow arrived about a day or two after I first emailed. The bow is beautiful and I'm still waiting on my other items they should be here any day but I'm sure they are quality as well.

I usually don't order from over seas because of the issues with supply chain. I missed the fact that this company was out of China. So I already figured it would take a while. I ordered a beginners bow set. It was tracked with 2 packages. One was shipped in 2 days and arrived about 9 days later. However the other package got lost. I emailed support about the issue. They responded quickly and began a search. They asked me to wait a few more days. Luckily its a Christmas present. I called our post office and found out it was out for delivery that day which was about 9 days after the first package arrived. Havn't shot it yet but put it together to check it out. Seems to be a sturdy bow and the arrows are of good quality. I feel the price was reasonable.

Things came in fast, but the boxes were quite beat up. Fortunately I didn't order anything fragile.

My husband is very happy with his new bow. I found the delivery was a bit longer than expected, but Ashley was very helpful and answered my questions on where it was. Sure enough it arrived 2 days later

Fast response and shipping. Trouble free order. Bow arms are attractive and so far, ideal for my desires. Ordered 45lb draw weight with the riser and then purchased 30lb for target shooting and family use.

The mini bolt broadheads do not fit the bolts for the Bear Desire. To bad I bought 24 of them
