My order for specific screws was delivered very quickly but unfortunately had been incorrectly selected in the warehouse. I emailed straight away to request the correct ones. A reply, with apologies, was sent very quickly. The correct screws were delivered in no time. I could not fault customer services - excellent!
Omg, do not waste your time or money purchasing anything from this so called toolvendor! I placed an order with this company on the 20th Feb 2026 and still has been delivered, I've had emails stating it's been dispatched and nothing. I've emailed the supplier multiple times to no avail, so I'm not having someone else have the same issue! AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

We're shocked that despite our apologies for your purchase going missing in the post and the fact that we have refunded your order, you feel it's ok to give a one star rating to a family business that has a fantastic record of service and quality, despite the few reviews we have on Trustpilot, we have thousands of satisfied customers buying via our website and Ebay,
