My first order with ToolsID...
My first order with ToolsID I was nervous because the price of my item was so low. It turned out it wasn't made in the USA, so when I went to cancel the order, ToolsID apologized for the misunderstanding and offered a discount if I kept the order, which I did. So glad I did, it's a great product!

Great assortment and website
Great assortment and website, but shipping costs were sort of high and quite a few items were out of stock. Some of the items had plenty of pictures, descriptions, and reviews to help me make an informed decision, but quite a few other items had scant details so I wasn't confident to purchase - especially considering the shipping/return shipping costs.

Buyers Beware, Shop elseware such as Summit, Jegs, Etc.These people need a lesson in Customer Service
Ordered a product that was received damage , mind you this item was almost 100lbs. Packaging was useless after opening and this is the response I get after submitting photos and proof of damage. Time to start shopping at a more reputable company,
"We are sorry for the xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Regretfully, we are not able to proceed with the Damage Claim for the order, since you do not have the package received according to our policy.
But still, we would offer you to get our $25.00 Gift Certificate, which can redeem the price for the next purchase and can be applied to any brand on our listing. Also, it does not have any expiration date. Please confirm that.

Shady
would never buy from them again.They will charge your card get you a tracking number then for one week it just sat in the label made status on UPS site. Called like 3 times got the same story every time (like she was reading from a script) it was like ups not updating the site. After a week I said I want my money back she said cant do that after a shipping label as done been created. Very shady watch out
