I placed an order with ToolsiD 05/29/2020. It should be noted that ToolsiD is the same as CariD and CamperiD (looking at the BBB site, they all fall under Onyx Corp and have an absolutely terrible rating). The product was received on 06/05/2020 and was severely damaged. I filed a claim with ToolsiD on the same day of receipt (06/05/2020). I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls during a 12 day timespan until finally on 06/17/2020 I received a call from a supervisor (Liezel Diaz ext 8765) who noted that the claim was being processed and a new order created to pick up the damaged until and replace with a new unit.
The new order was processed on 06/18/2020. I sent an email on 06/27/2020 asking for an update, a little over 24 hours later (06/27/2020) I received an email reply that indicated I would receive an update within 24-48 business hours. As of 07/02/2020 there has been no correspondence whatsoever. I contacted Liezel ext 8765, which subsequently went to voicemail (for a person named Matthew B).
On 07/02/2020 I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge as I have had no successful interaction with ToolsiD. Not once has anyone called me back or emailed me. I have had to instantiate all communications with ToolsiD and even at that they couldn’t tell me anything or provide any resolution. Everything was always 24-48 hours later. Interestingly enough on July 3rd 2020 I received my first proactive email from Tools ID, it was sourced from my dispute with credit card company. Still nothing from them though other than a request to close the dispute, which I told them I would not until they provide me with what I paid for or gave me a full refund.
I heard nothing from ToolsiD. I called on 2020-07-15 and left a message for the manager Liezal Diaz (ext 8765). I called back right after leaving my message and spoke to the Support team. They noted that someone from their internal team would email me by COB on 2020-07-16.
On 2020-07-17 I called and noted that I had not heard from the internal team. I reiterated that I would like a refund. I made support aware that I have left multiple voicemail messages for Liezal and she has not once called me back. I asked to speak with her manager. They would not transfer me to any manager and told me they’d sent a message to their queue and that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours.
I called again on 2020-07-21, left another voicemail message for Liezal Diaz and called back to the regular support number. Supposedly a manager tried to call me yesterday but left no message (there was a call from a New Jersey number that I picked up because I thought it might be them, I said hello three times and hung up after not hearing anything back). I again requested a refund, I also requested to speak to a manager right then and they wouldn’t put me through.
I am at a total loss here. I have a large broken product in my garage taking up a lot of space. I have continually asked for a refund and they won’t provide me one or provide me with what I paid for. I am beyond frustrated and this has been so time consuming and taxing on my end. I’ve received terrible support from this company the entire way. No one cares there or wants to help, it’s absurd. One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with, not worth the savings on the chance that there is a problem with the product!

I ordered a power washer on July 1 and the company gave a delivery date of July 10. I live chatted with a representative on July 10 because the website showed no information on the product delivery. Was told they could not contact the warehouse at this time and I would receive an e-mail in 24 to 48 hours. Had to live chat again on July 15 because I received no email, no product, and there was no tracking information. I was eventually told they were out of stock. They took my money, didn't send a product that was out of stock, couldn't answer any questions on first live chat, asked if I wanted a credit, and then told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to refund my money. First, why would a company take my money and hold it for 15 days when they were out of stock and second, why would I want a credit when I will never do business with this company again.

TERRIBLE! TRICKY VENDOR HERE! Price looks GOOD! Shipping = $0.00! Now take the time to fill in all your details info with CC # ... and voila, order placed, but WAIT ... an extra $50. shipping was added !*#! - Call immediately to cancel ... assurances given no problem ... YES problem because you later get confirmation of shipping !##@! CALL AGAIN, now reassurances that RMA is coming. NOPE. Another call. OH, Well it's already been a week and it will take another week. Don't believe what they say. Deceptive vendor!
Terrible experience
My first experience with the company is very negative.
I put the order in over two weeks ago and the company is not shipping it out though they got paid the same day.
They’re telling me that they contacted their warehouse, but that is all the info I’m getting.

Bought a pressure washer and paid in full. ToolsId stated that it would ship in 3 business days. I followed up after 1 week. The pressure washer was not processed! ToolsId stated that I needed to pay an additional $200 additional for shipping. I already paid $167.30 for shipping! REALLY!! Almost $400 for shipping. Waiting for my refund to clear.

I put in my order on 6/10. On 6/18, I received an email that it had been shipped, and was given a tracking # with Fedex. Unfortunately Fedex did not receive the tool, and listed it as "pending'. When I called on 6/29, I was told it was in stock, and that within 24-48 hours I would be contacted with an answer. I called again on 6/30 and 7/1, and was still given no answers. I canceled my order. Call reception while adequate, could not make up for the somnolence of those responsible for filling orders and responding to inquiries. This poor service might have been tolerated 20 or 30 years ago, but not in the age of Amazon.

I ordered a few boxes of gloves that I haven't been able to find in our area. I kept getting emails that it would take a little longer for the order to ship out, totally fine, until finally they said the item is back ordered for a month and that I could wait or get a refund. I opted for the refund and it's been a week and a half with no email if they've processed it and I haven't seen any refund to my bank account. I emailed them and got a vague response back that didn't answer any of my questions.

$20.00 shipping fee for a $28.00 item that I could have bought on Amazon for less. Be sure to check after you enter your address and payment information. That is apparently when they add the shipping. Before that, it says, "Shipping $0.00." It does not cost $20 to ship this item 250 miles. This is why people flock to Amazon to buy things. Charge what you need to charge right up front. Don't trick folks into thinking they've got a good deal.

Update to the above. I received an email from the company offering a $10 refund after seeing the post above and the one star rating I submitted. That $10 brings the cost of the item more in line with other sellers of the same item on the big A. I did not expect that I would hear from the company. I was impressed by the person who contacted me via email. Thank you. I can't comment on the product yet because it's still in transit, but the customer service I got, without even asking, was great. So I am changing the rating from a 1 star to a 5 star to reflect my experience with this company.
Same price as local home supply w added shipping/handling
After a long drawn out time consuming price & product comparison, I found my 1st choice not currently available so I went with my second choice & also none in stock except here at ToolsID. They also appeared to be the lowest price (actually no difference than our local home supply store after shipping & handling, but noted the fasted listed delivery time of 3-5 days (plus covid delay consideration) At about day 10 & still no tracking info, I reached out to ToolsID & was informed they actually don’t have any I stock & they won’t know when available. Being concerned it is getting to late in dethatching season to chance a wait & see period, I cancelle my order. They began refund process. It arrived on my door step a couple days later. If I keep it & dethatch in Fall, it will void the 30 day refund policy if there should be a problem with its operation My conclusion is some of the tedious price product comparison is a waste of more valuable time. Online ordering can appear lower til the shipping & handling ($20+) is added & also not refundable so now I can adding that cost on to my future purchase when timely product availability improves. I am done with online ordering with larger equipment. I’m prefer to stick with the local home supply stores. It just seems easier & after all the extra costs Home Depot was right in line with what appeared to be the lowest price on line. I’m now better informed with what to expect & will plan again a purchase of my 1st choice & not settle for 2nd.
