Toolshouse Arvostelua

Exceptional Service!

Spoke to the business owner on a Sunday lunchtime. He wasn't open but said he'd open up for me. He SMSd me directions and was there a few minutes after I arrived.

Product was in stock as advertised and I was able to complete my work that day.

Just exceptional service. Thank you!

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend for everyone.

I bought a veto tp xl bag.
Excellent quality and fast delivery.
No issues whatsoever

Very easy to order, arrived impressively quickly and far cheaper than anywhere else.

I needed two more sets of sanding sleeves for my Triton oscillating sander and Toolshouse offered the right product at a good price. Selection and delivery were easy and quick. An excellent experience and I will certainly use Toolshouse again.

Arrived quickly at competitive price.

Very good Price

Really easy and straightforward browsing and ordering. There was delivery issue that was promptly identified and sorted out.
Five stars product, price and service.
Definitely recommended

.didnt have what i wanted after two weeks, getting my money back hopefully.selling stuff when out of stock, hoping new stock will be delivered in time.

Bought a blade sharner but it was delivered to the wrong address and they refused to refund or send a replacement.

I recently placed an order, but although the product shows as 'collected,' I never received it. To make matters worse, the company's customer service has been extremely difficult to reach, and rather than resolving the issue, they seem to be shifting the blame onto me as the customer. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope the company will take responsibility and resolve this situation promptly

Excellent price, quick delivery.

Excellent service

Unfortunately I made and paid for my purchase but two days later my order had been cancelled and my money refunded, you did send an email stating the supplier had no more stock but I’m sorry in my honest opinion you shouldn’t take my order or my money if you don’t have the stock already in house.

Great price, quick delivery and very good communication.
Thank you

Good company to deal with and cheapest around

Item never arrived. Won't reply back to emails
