Bought a weed puller. Couldn't find it for under £30 anywhere else, but these guys had it for £22.
Paid for it on a Tuesday and it arrived Thursday morning. Excellent service and a great range of products.

Bought Corefix screws as price good.

brush cutter was fatly after 2 month of use unable to contact anyone in relation to repair and left e-mail messages . No response. Have been chasing them for one month still no joy. The operators appear to be allusive

Ordered a product - said Evri waiting on product but after 2 weeks never updated. Chased on webchat and never got a response. Called a told would get a call back - 5mins later an email to say refund started. No courtesy call to update me on situation or explain why my order wasn’t being processed

I looked through a selection of tools you had on offer and didn't find anything cheaper than other tool sellers or eBay. So, sorry but in my opinion your nothing special.

Good quality and fast delivery. I had no issues with then and will use them again.

They sent me the wrong item, I had to message them multiple times to get a response back when they’d sent me something much cheaper than I’d paid for. Finally, I got a reply which was “we are all human and make mistakes” no apology!
Then instead of getting the toolbag I wanted, they just automatically sent me a refund. At this point I didn’t question it and took my business elsewhere.
However, I have asked numerous times for the £15 postage fee I paid to return the item and NEVER received it from them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered wire stripper (CK) which I needed it to do my practice in the college....I waited around two weeks then I emailed Toolhouse.. I been told my item is on the way back to me, but that wasn't the case! Eventually I've an email saying that they will refund me!! Not happy at all!!!

Good product quick service

Having ordered from this company, I kept waiting for the delivery. Kept going onto the tracking link provided. After a week, it still said waiting for the courier to pick up. Unbenown to me, the courier had put it in the bottom of the green bin and put the tray back over the top. No note through door. It got thrown away. Toolshouse now not responding to my e mails. I'm finding it discurteous and unprofessional. I had spoken on the phone and they simply said the e mail link does work. I assured the lady it didn't. Said she would contact the couriers. Still no word back. Last 3 e mails unanswered.
