Manufacturing issue, full refund & return label.

The items arrived quickly and well packaged. On inspection the fixings where poor, so I emailed as soon as possible. This was a manufacturing issue, not ToolBuyer. I got a polite reply from Kevin regarding a return label. He forwarded a return postage label and a full refund. Many thanks Kevin for your understanding. Best Wishes. John.

Our stupidly expensive Joseph Joseph…

Our stupidly expensive Joseph Joseph bin broke after many years and instead of buying a £150 new bin or a £40 replacement lid in the wrong colour,I bought a £7.99 replacement part that is better than the original and fit perfectly. With free shipping. Thank you.

Goods never received

Goods never received, no offer of replacement or refund. Had to contact toolbuyer twice before being supplied with a tracking number showing successful delivery that has no reference to either my name or address. If that was tracking information for my parcel why was it not supplied to me upon dispatch of goods instead of after I contacted them about good not delivered. Buyer beware.

I wanted to return an item but I have had no response.
Poor service. I won’t be using this seller again.
