No update on order even after 2 weeks and no response on email,phone or whatapp..

Hi, I have ordered for a Bosch Mitre Saw, During the time of order the delivery time was a week. but the item was delivered almost after 25 days. The item received also found damaged.

Called to customer care the response was very poor, They say that they will send the damaged part and asked me to get it replaced from the local. On further fighting with them they accepted to collect the item and repair and send it back. They collected the material after 10 days and no update from them.

So i strongly suggest not to buy any product from this site. The worst customer support and they dont care our message and no immediate response.

Name m balaji babu,prepaid rs 2596 for a srt of bahco blades on june 11 2026.not sending the item .or not returning the money.no replies for my 2 to 3 emails.
Hope they return my money.until then,they dont deserve any rating.very bad

This site has very very pathetic service. Don't buy for it.
I ordered and paid full amount on a Sunday. Next Monday I called them about dispatch and delivery status. They said they will dispatch by today ( Monday eve). On Tuesday, I again called as I didn't get any dispatch details etc. they said they will do today. Then I called next day Wednesday, they didn't pick call.
I called 55times again on Thursdays,from morning 10 am till 3 pm..but they didn't receive a single call and many times their phone was coming busy. They didn't pick deliberately , neither they answered WhatsApp msg or my 11 WhatsApp calls.

Then they picked call by 3:30 pm. And said sorry. We had dispatched and then they shared dispatch details..

On logging to the dispatch docket number, it was showing that the courier is still with the seller. I called again 10 times but they didn't pick call.

Then by evening 7 pm same Thursdays , docket number was showing the courier to be picked and the delivery dates was next Wednesday.

They r have fraud working style with no accountability / responsibility.

Dont waste ur money n time with these people.

THEY ORDER TO MANUFACTURER AFTER WE HAVE DONE THE PAYMENT, SHIPPING INFORMATION ORDER CONFIRMATION INFORMATION NOT RELIABLE, THEN THEY REFUND IF COMPLAINED.

Fraudulent website I ordered since 15 days no response from owner

I have ordered on toolbuy website 3-4 times but this time it was worst ,I ordered a number of items and after waiting for approximately 1 month I got the order delivered finally but I got only half of the products from my order and some of the items delivered from those were wrong and I asked for the refund of those wrongly delivered items but I never got the refund even after following up for 1 month again I gave them all of the picture evidences but still nothing so I will not recommend anyone to buy from this website it is total waste of time and money because they don't have anything in stock.

This is the first transaction with toolsbuy and I am disappointed buy thier delay in delivery. I ordered a sink faucet for which they were providing a very competitive price and promised to deliver within 10 days. Now it is 13th days and still there is no update about the delivery.

They are scam people, they take money from.

I ordered some tools. 10 days later and now they are finally shipping the item. no emails when i placed the order but i got one when they shipped. Unless you really get a good deal, its not worth it. I had to chat with someone on whatsapp for 3-4 days following up everyday because i needed the tools last week.

They dispatched my orders in multiple packages and I had to wait two weeks until I received all of them.
