Amazing service

Amazing service. The driver I ordered was lost in there store and they ended up going beyond expectations and supplied an even better more newer model.

Great company and will definitely be ordering here again!

Wrong size sent for the second time

Wrong size sent for the second time.
Terrible online phone system - left holding on for 12 mins from approx 5:15pm to then hear a recorded message saying online sales dept shut at 5pm!

Hi David - Please accept our sincere apologies for all the trouble caused during your order. The mix-ups by our pick and pack team are unacceptable, I totally understand your frustrations with this. As discussed in our email conversations, i'm happy to hear the pre-paid postage label was received by your and thank you for providing confirmation that your are shoes on their way back to us. I can confirm your payment has been refunded.

If you are willing to give us another try, we would really appreciate the chance to show you that our usual high level of customer service, is nothing like the shopping experience you endured. You can use the gift card we sent you as an apology if you do choose to place an order, or you can also use it in-store. Again, sorry that the transaction wasn't anywhere near as hassle-free as it should have been.
