Received a soiled/used product

Received a soiled/used product. They didn't have a replacement and wouldn't offer any kind of discount! Just a waste of time really. AVOID !

Vastaus yritykseltä Tony McDonnell Menswear

Good morning James,

You emailed to say that your package arrived with a rip and that one of the items you ordered, a sweater, had dust on the sleeve cuff. The sweater was not inside a separate plastic bag, unlike the T-shirts; however, all items were brand new. I requested a quick photo which you supplied, showing minor fabric hairs on the sweater cuff.

I'm very sorry for the rip in the packaging - it is very rare for this to happen as the poly mailing bags are made of a strong material. The sweater should have been inside another bag. It is our policy to bag any items even if they are supplied to us without a bag.

I supplied you with a free return label since you wanted to return some items anyway and I asked that you send back the sweater for a full refund.

Unfortunately I couldn't offer you the extra 20% discount you demanded as you'd purchased your items in our sunner sale already heavily discounted.

You replied with an expletive-laden email threatening to give a 1-star review.

Great service

Great service. Ordered in the afternoon and delivered next day by DPD before breakfast! How can you beat that level if service? Stock availability was superb !
