I have had the same experience as many of the other reviewers. I ended up paying a FedEx shipping invoice for almost £50, despite being promised free delivery. I got so stressed by the demand for payment from FedEx and the threat of a debt collection agency, that I paid the invoice. Tonik Customer Services were reluctant to reimburse me, but said they would give me a £50 credit voucher. It's been three months and still no voucher or goods promised in lieu. I have sent numerous emails to Billy Vines and Jason Roy, but they either ignore them or give ridiculous excuses.....my recent two have been ignored!
I will not be buying anything else from this company,
and to be honest, I do not find their products do what they say they do.
This company is making money out of well meaning customers!

I ordered 4 bottles of Tonik's Dermal Restore Complex. The order took weeks to arrive, and had apparently been sent via FedEx, incurring a £60 plus fee. Initially, when I contacted Tonik, they accepted responsibility, but when it came to them accepting the charge from FedEx, they persistently ignored all of my emails, and deleted previous ones where they admitted the bill was their responsibility. I ended up having to pay an increased charge of over £80, myself.
To add to their appalling scamming tactics, the Dermal Restore pills were a complete waste of over £130, and made absolutely no difference to my skin

I’ve bought from this company many times before, without any issue. My latest delivery arrived, followed by a bill from FedEx, for nearly £100 for import duties. I have spent since March communicating with ‘Billy’, who has put in writing that it is not mine to pay and the financial department will clear it with FedEx. Despite nothing actually having been done and numerous emails and some replies telling me not to worry, I am now being chased by a debt collection company, on behalf of FedEx. Tonik appear to have now gone underground and will not answer my emails asking them to please get this sorted. This is affecting my credit score, plus the cost is increasing. The debt collection company have copies of the emails back and forth, but Tonik still won’t get involved.

A very good company to deal with Billy is excellent in customer services ,the products are wonderful I have used them for quite some time and the offers they gave on their Vitamin C are brilliant definitely recommend Tonik

If you are thinking about buying a Tonik Skincare product please bear in mind that no refunds are given either 90 day bottom of the bottle as advertised on their website or straight return unopened orders. I found this out when I recently requested a straight return and was politely assured by Jason Roy of Tonik Skincare that I would receive 100% of the purchase price refunded upon return of the product to their address in Italy. The Italian postal service attempted delivery of my package to the address provided on 6th June but no one was there to accept the return. I have sent multiple emails to Jason Roy requesting he organise collection of the package by following the further instruction note left by the post person. To this day my package sent by tracked signed for post remains with the Italian postal service. I have not heard from Jason Roy since 3rd June when he politely gave assurance of refund along with the return address information. I have been robbed of £99.97 and do not wish anyone else to lose money unnecessarily because of this company's false claims. So please heed this review and accept this warning as absolutely sincere and true.

I have had to now pay £114 to collection agency on behalf of FedEx, for products from TONIK.
I did not want to have a bad credit rating.
Their products have changed, not for the better, I will never buy from TONIK again.
If a company have not the decency to reply to emails, they do not deserve customers.

I ordered Derma Restore Complex with free delivery. Product arrived and shortly after I got billed by FedEx £57.21 followed by 2 chase up bills and finally a bill from a debt collection agency. Despite constant emails they have failed to deal with this and I have had to pay this bill as I was concerned about getting a poor credit rating. I consider their customer service is woeful and as a 71 year old, I and nobody should be treated like this. I am now out of pocket with no reimbursement or compensation. They are now not reply to my emails. I have been a long standing subscription customer but I am now cancelling my subscription. Buyers Beware!

ORDER #TONIK-506141 - order placed on 18th May, today is 26th June and still have not received.

I am a customer from the UK I got sold by the vitamin C product and thought let’s give it go. Bought on line at the beginning of May. Kept getting emails for promotional products yet I have still not received the first product that I ordered. I would just delete the emails

Waited two weeks more for my purchase still not here. We are now almost mid June. Contacted Tonik skincare via email twice kept being reassured that it is being looked into and will receive. I did inform them that I will be putting up a negative review as I have received no refund or my purchase. I would definitely avoid due to lack of clarity and no refund.

FURTHER UPDATE I have just received notification from Tonik that they actually don't offer refunds on subscription products. As the product I have received has substantively changed from the one I signed up to this seems unethical at best.
They have repeated their offer to refund 30% if I keep the product - a tactic I have encountered before when dealing with Chinese dealers, who also failed to supply goods as promised.
Obviously I don't want to keep a product which has become a harmful irritant to my skin, but neither do I want waste money on tracked delivery to Italy when the chances of getting any money back are so remote.
This business, and its products, are no longer the ones I signed up to in 2021.
UPDATE Tonik deny any change to their product in spite of evidence to the contrary. However they have accepted my right to a refund IF I return the items - at my own expense - to Italy, via tracked delivery. In other words throwing more money away.
I'm in the process of trying to cancel my subscription for the skin refiner. I've been using it since 2021 because it was excellent - however the formulation definitely has changed. It is now more watery, much more astringent, less fragrant and leaves my skin sticky and irritable. I have two batches to throw away as I thought the first of the newer batches was just an anomaly. It used to be worth the expensive subscription price but now I wouldn't have it as a gift.

Purchased both vit c skin refiner & bio moisture boost serum. Initially didn't receive the product & posted a review then they contacted me & i received it. Very expensive. Have been using it for over a month. See no difference. Feels sticky after application. Extremely dissatisfied.

Unfortunately the same as lots of other reviews on here, I have had no reply to emails I’ve sent. I want to cancel my subscription & there is no way of doing this on their website. It’s coming up for my next subscription payment so it’s looking like I’m going to get charged! Yet they still manage to send almost daily emails out trying to sell other products!!!

This company really needs to sort their customer services out!!!

The reason I’m cancelling is because their serum has changed in colour, smell & my face is very sensitive to the latest batch (which they say they haven’t changed but unfortunately my skin says otherwise!!) so for this reason I want to cancel……but if they don’t reply to my emails it looks like I’m going to keep on getting charged……Tonik, if you are reading this please sort this out pronto!!!!!!

UPDATE: I have now had a reply from Tonik (they said they never received my messages 💁🏻‍♀️) & have been informed my subscription has been cancelled, although since then I have received a ‘special offer’ email for subscribers!!! So will wait & see when the next payment date arrives if it has definately been cancelled…..

I be been using their bit c and serum and really love it. I am thinking of buying their Deep Regeneration Cream but don’t feel confident till I know the ingredients and would like to find a few reviews to read. At £99 it’s not cheap but worth every penny if it works. So I won’t be buying till I can see the ingredients and reviews. It would be so helpful if they included this on their info. Thanks Gerry

I have sent three emails to this company and have not received a reply. I have just opened a new bottle of Vitamin C Refining liquid and it's brown instead of the usual clear. Obviously I need to know if this is ok to use. Unfortunately I cannot get a reply to my emails. Not a very good customer service is it?

I buy these products when l am sent special price offers. I have been using them for some time. The order comes promptly. I am offered a money back if not satisfied but l am entirely pleased with the results.

The products work really well for me and the customer service is also brilliant.

Tonik products really work and are not bank braking to buy!

Love it when you give offers like the bio boost serum and get a refiner for reduced price as a pensioner I really appreciate these offers
