Great company to deal with, fast shipping and delivery even with personalised engraving. My first product purchase was the Wren which is a beautifully made pocket sized pen, it's such excellent quality. I was able to easily fill it with waterproof ink for urban sketching, without any fuss. I've just ordered a fountain pen from the range as well. I highly recommend Tom's Studio for lovers of stationery!

I received what I ordered and a little surprise package of tea. Cute. Also the packaging and flyer are all made from recycled materials, which is very important!

It's a lovely pen. Lovely aesthetic design, well-made, and the architect nib is brilliant, with good feed etc.
BUT....I bought this pen to use for drawing, and it just doesn't have enough ink capacity in the filler to support a day's drawing with this nib. I think I need to replace it with an EF nib, which I also use for drawing and will need less ink. I think ink capacity is something you need to review.

Following on from this review, Tom's studio suggested a different nib which might deal with the situation. They also stock refillable cartridges which may go some way towards improving my use on-site.

The customer service lives up to the quality of the pens.

A few days from ordering to the delivery of my husband's present of a brass Wren, I'm sure he will love it as it was all I could do to prize my new Wren from his hands. I have rather a lot of your products and have been delighted with every single one of them. Each one has delivered on style, superb manufacture and capability. Do I need a new Lumos duo... not really, do I want one... hell yes!

The product is packaged, shipped and arrives quickly and in excellent condition. The items are incredibly adorable and well functioning - I got the field mouse because I’m always scrambling for a pen - and this one is so compact and cute that it always is in my purse. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful product, very well designed,even the packaging is beautiful. The pen is fabulous to use and already my favourite writing implement. Looking forward to swapping out the reservoirs with more colours. Also makes me want to purchase more of the products ( I bought the Wren in magenta ).
Also very quick delivery . Will look forward to more purchases and will put this on my birthday list……..

Lovely pens, smooth delivery

A poor quality pen, a converter that didn't fit and a flex nib that didn't flex. Slow response time to enquiries.

When I placed my dream order which I’d been planning for months, I accidentally chose the wrong saved address and they were quick to cancel it upon my request, especially given the time difference and the fact that I’d placed the order and emailed them about the mistake in the early hours of the day. They refunded me and I was able to repurchase the items and receive them! I’m very happy with the Lumos. It more than lives up to the hype!

Received the elegant mechanical pencil. It is a dream to write and draw with this fabulous tool. The opportunity to have it engraved with inspiring thoughts is an added bonus. Thank you for continuing to design and create new products. Also received the new eraser with all the tiny cubes, that is so helpful when making tiny adjustments.Quality products and great customer service and delivery make all the difference.

Wonderful product that equals the others purchased from Tom's Studio. Beautiful wood and weight. Does not cap on the rear but the penrest solves the roll problem. Perfect packing and safe arrival to the US.

Unboxing anything from Tom’s Studio is a delight! I just received the Field Mouse with its matching leather strap, a set of mouse-sized notebooks and black ink. The packaging is all so beautiful! I love the extra touches you do with sweet quotes and tiny gold mouse footprints across the packaging. And the tea! Thank you! How do I buy a load of the Popcorn Tea?!
