Toms Garage Doors Arvostelua

Great job done
My garage door was very bashed and batted but made a really good repair wheels and cables works perfectly
Thanks

Excellent service. Had problems with my door on Saturday morning, got in touch with Tom’s and their engineer was at mine by mid afternoon, diagnosed and fixed the problem by about 4pm. Excellent service and the engineer was friendly, explained what he was doing and was very efficient. Recommended

Our garage door broke leaving it unsecured. Toms advertised as same day call-out. Then I had an automated call saying they would be here the next. Again an automated call saying they were too busy even though they had available appointments on line. We are now currently left all weekend unable to use or lock garage. DO NOT use. They don’t turn up

Very prompt in responding to the enquiry, and great at scheduling an engineer for the following morning. The engineer was excellent, and devised a solution to get the door open with absolutely minimal damage. He was then able to fit a new locking handle and service the entire mechanism.
I thought the cost of the new locking handle was a little steep, but considering it was an emergency, and it was fixed both quickly and efficiently, I wouldn't knock a star off for that. Overall, very happy. Thank you.

Fast efficient service! My garage door was fixed straight away and for a really great price! Highly recommend!

Very simple to book, communications great and job nicely done!

They came out the next day, the bloke that came was friendly and professional and quick to fix the garage door. Would recommend.

Peter arrived after a long drive, Brighton.
Door had come off runners as garage had bowed. Replaced cables bolted door frame to the floor as the wall was out of line. Door now shuts true and locks. Excellent work from Peter.

Friendly and efficient

Cain (your engineer) was very polite and punctual. Was very knowledgeable and capable. Very good and told head office would send me receipt for payment of work in post.
Thanks again.

Someone came within a couple of hours of me phoning.

Dan was very helpful and honest, explaining everything during the job he was doing, kept everything neat and tidy

Very easy to make an appointment. Could have had the next day, if wanted. Mark was very friendly and efficient, clearly knew his job well. Garage door now working very smoothly.

After a mix up with times, our engineer arrived and carried out the repair. Engineer and staff on phone were all very polite and approachable.I would definitely use this company again.

Engineer was knowledgeable and friendly, he did a quick and efficient fix for my garage door.
Now it's working better than before. Thanks

Promt and efficient service. Got us repaired in no time.

Very quick to attend, within 2 hours of my call. Repaired and serviced in minutes. Friendly efficient engineer. Highly recommend.

Simplicity itself to arrange the initial assessment of the problem, with useful confirmatory telephone call from the engineer when en route to your address.
Professional assessment and diagnosis and repair effected with replacement cluster springs that were 'on the van'. Payment made online via bank transfer and 'job done' within an hour.

Massive Price for 2 springs - only one of which was broken .Some £516.05 to repair a garage door that is probably around 30 years old - Dont think so. What A WASTE OF £20 for survey . Would not recommend using this company - must be for for millionaire's only !!!

The engineer came promptly and within the stated time. He did a thorough job of removing the old door lifter before fitting a new Hormann replacement. He was polite and worked efficiently. Can recommend the company and the only extras was a cup of coffee!
