Tommy Swiss Arvostelua 

Worst quality item I have ever purchased! My item came missing pieces, every panel was damaged or chipped and the 'wood' details didn't even match not to mention the paper wood pattern was ripped. I have never left a review before, but the utter lack of quality and horrible customer service warranted my first ever review of a provider. Don't waste your money, you would honestly get better quality at Kmart.

Waited two weeks to get my bed which was fine. It turned up with stitching on the headboard not right and stunk like it has been in a fire. Got told to wait a few days to see if it goes away. It hasn’t. Apparently I have to wait till it gets back to the warehouse before they will refund me. This is completely not my fault yet I’m now gonna have to wait 2 to 3 more weeks just to get a refund and I still have no bed. That’s all providing they don’t find anything ‘missing’ at which point I’m sure they will refuse to refund all my money. Asked them to just send another one and take this back but again this one has to go back first. Really disappointing service.

Beware of Tommy Swiss. It was clear within a few months my bed was faulty. Contacted Tommy Swiss and they told me to send proof, I did. They realised it was faulty and told me to return it. But if I didn't have the box it came in, then they would take 50% off my refund price AND I had to pay for the courier! This is illegal according to the Department of Fair Trading. I have been told they are on Fair Trading's radar for lots of complaints, they even re-branded after a bad reputation from all the unhappy customers. They stopped replying to my emails, and kept my money. I am absolutely disgusted in the way this company does business. There are so many other good companies - even IKEA is better quality!

Do not believe what customer service tells you at Tommy Swiss. They assured me if I ordered from them (and not another company who I was planning on ordering from), that they would get the item to me by a certain date. The item didn’t arrive By that date and they didn’t care In the slightest. They didn’t apologise, they didn’t offer any compensation, refused to refund me and cancel my order and didn’t care about what I was saying at all. Their customer service is dreadful and I will not be purchasing from them ever again. The item still hasn’t arrived.

Still waiting for $200 bed to arrive. Since April we have been waiting. Paperwork delivered to be informed bed has not even been sent by tommy swiss.

Terrible service. Ordered a beige bed and when it was delivered it was yellow. Still trying to get a replacement. Cannot ring, have to email and it takes a day every time you respond for them to get back to me, when it could be resolved with a 5 min phone call. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a Gas lift double bed and the driver would only dropped the parcel down in the loading dock and won’t deliver to my unit even refused my offer to help. And he stated that their company won’t allowed them to take the parcel to my unit! I live by myself and it is impossible for me to get it to my unit.
Contacted customer service, they refused to solve the problem.
Don’t waste your time buying from them. Unreliable service.

Good quality product. Bed looks great and the storage underneath is a bonus.

very cheap materials - tv unit couldn't stand up on its legs - useless.
The metal screw holes were put into very inferior wood and would not hold the weight of the unit. so very cheap at $129 but, expensive because i just cannot use it.

Got a mattress, was delivery promptly and is comfortable

Great value for my money. The bed came just as I imagined it would look in my hair port was immaculate. Only thing is that the timing was a little longer than expected but I am greatly satisfied.

. I purchase a lot online, Tommy Swiss has been the worst so far. And, once they have your money they truly don't care in the least if you receive your product in a timely fashion. My delivery was supposed to be 3 - 7 days. I gave them 14 days as it was over a holiday period and I thought that would be reasonable. Now three weeks later still no product, and the lies, honestly, they did not contacted me until I had reached out to the multiple times, then lied and said they had been trying to phone. Everyone else seems to get through on my number no worries, including half of India and China so seems strange Tommy Swiss and their entirely useless delivery company can't! Seriously do not bother, there are many other companies with similar products and way better service. I'd hate to think what would happen if there was a problem and you needed to return an item - you could forget that. Go elsewhere.

Bed was delivered incomplete. After many months and many emails I still haven't received the missing parts.

update: tommyswiss now issued a full refund given the issue with the missing parts.

The bedhead arrived quickly and was exactly as described.

Great value-for-money plus free shipping - an easy on-line transaction. This is the 3rd upholstered bed or bed frame I have purchased. New fabrics (eg Velvet) or colors to the range would be a welcome addition Tommy Swissf, as a number of online retailers are offering the same product now. Overall, very happy with product.

We love the bedhead and it looks fantastic in my daughters bedroom.
It looks lovely with all the new quilts and cushions, the bed head is the icing on the cake.
It arrived early, and the courier kept in contact with me, with SMS to let me know how far he was, which I found to be great, as I have a disability I felt more comfortable knowing when he was arriving so I could call my husband, 10 mins. before the courier( Hunter) arrived.

Seems to be made well and should last many years , a little on the firm side but happy
