Tomandsons Appliance Installers Arvostelua

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from this appliance fitting team. From start to finish, they were the definition of professional. Punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
They installed both my fridge freezer and washing machine flawlessly, taking the time to ensure everything was perfectly aligned, securely fitted, and running exactly as it should. What really stood out was their attention to detail—they didn’t rush the job and made sure every connection was safe and leak-free before leaving.
On top of that, they were respectful of my home, kept everything tidy, and even took the time to walk me through how everything worked once it was installed. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine technical expertise with such excellent customer service.
If you’re looking for reliable, skilled, and genuinely helpful appliance fitters, I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. A top-quality job and a stress-free experience from beginning to end! Thankyou Craig, Greg and Gavin.

Can't thank the two men enough! They worked around my busy day, they were efficient, tidy and swift! They installed my new cooker, took away my old one plus all packaging and were gone within an hour!
First rate stuff!!

Purchased a Wash Tower from Harvey Norman. Our fitters, Craig and Greg did an excellent job fitting our washer tower, truly went above and beyond to get it fitted. They were both polite and did everything in a timely manner. Would highly recommend .

Very good service, nice lads that came to instal my hob, polite and helpful. Checked my boiler etc was all working before they left. Very efficient.

Lads installed electric oven from Borsch Dudley. Work carried out promptly and efficiently. Everything explained clearly at the end of the installation. Would recommend. Second attempt to review as first one deleted by Trustpilot 😡

Lovely work men, installed my oven for me and showed me how it worked. Were very helpful, polite and funny. Spoke to me the whole time they were here, thank you x

Gave prior notice to arrival and arrived on time. Were polite, professional. No fuss or drama and cleaned and tidied after themselves.
Excellent service.

This company delivered an American fridge freezer from Harvey Norman to our home. They were excellent in communicating their arrival time, when they arrived they carefully assessed the entrance and removed the doors of the fridge to make sure it wasn’t damaged. They had plenty of equipment and made the whole process very easy. Also polite, helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

I ordered a smeg dishwasher from Harvey Norman i paid for delivery and the item to be fitted the guys that came to fit the new dishwasher were friendly happy and very helpful will recommend this company to anybody that needs appliances fitted

We ordered a new oven from Harvey Norman and they arranged for T.A.S to come out and install it. They were brilliant, arrived on time, they put a sheet down to protect the kitchen tiles. Tested the electrics, fitted the oven and showed us how to work it. They were very professional. Fantastic job, would definitely use them again.

Bought a Rangemaster cooker off Harvey Norman. Tomandsons have just completed the installation
Outstanding in every way. Attention to detail, courtesy, disposition and ability to work with Gas, electric, induction, whatever.
A genuinely positive and reassuring experience delivered by Craig and Greg. Top marks and now our store and installers of choice, going forward 👌👌👌👌👌

Purchased item from Harvey Norman. Tom & Sons the Installers arrived carried out the checks and were polite. Cooker was fitted and put in to place, rubbish taken away. Demonstrated how the cooker worked. At this point there was an issues with the pressure when the boiler turned on. Checks carried out and all fine with cooker. Craig the installer called Cadent, who when arrived diagnosed an issue on there side ((Gas supply). Installer left his number to feedback any issues. Called to thank him for his excellent service and support!

They come to install my washing machine. They were friendly and the job was done quickly and efficiently. The machine was integrated and they repaired the kitchen door that covers the machine so that it fits flush now. They run the machine to check for leaks and tidied up after themselves. Would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend T.A.S, excellent communication phoned the day before instalation to give us one hour window for arrival, then on day of instalation called to say they were enroute. On arrival the team were polite and friendly. All packaging was taken of on the van so zero mess in the house. Washing Machine and Cooker installed and checked the were working. Cooker leveled up but slight height variation to worktop height, due to unit insulation not cooker instulation but, advice given on how to rectify that. Old appliances taken as arranged. All in all 100% satisfied with service provided by T.A.S and would be more than happy to Highly Recommend an Above and Beyond Service.

Very professional service- I had to have a fridge / Freezer changed over in a new kitchen. Really pleased with your service - thanks

Installed new integral dishwasher quickly and cleanly. Super polite team of installers.

Prompt, polite, efficient and thorough.

I can't thank these guys enough, brilliant service.
Had a few problems, not their fault, came back and sorted things after we got a gas pipe moved. No extra charge.

This is the second time that the fitters have worked so hard to install our kitchen appliances. They ensured that all our surfaces were protected before bringing the appliances in. The American style fridge was a particular challenge and caused a few problems which the fitters managed to overcome. There was no complaining and they just got on with it and managed to get the fridge in. The oven went much smoother and they installed the oven efficiently and ensured that everything was working before leaving, and that we were happy. Very pleasant chaps! I would recommend them very highly.
