Everytime I have placed a order they have come perfect and always been amazing, they place so much care into making sure everything perfect and your happy when your order arrives, they listening to customers and try there best to do custom orders to the best of there capabilities & I’ve been ordering for a couple of months and everything is priced fairly and better than some shops I’ve seen online and in store :)

Amazing! I bought an NCT wichu plush and it arrived in bubble wrap, tissue paper and a securely packaged box. Dispatched and arrived so quickly and a thoughtful business card and postcard were included! Super cute and reasonably priced, I’d definitely buy again! <3

My order was super well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It included some extra freebies as well from the shop and it honestly blew me away. They're both super fast at responding to messages and enquiries and I cannot wait to order more.

i ordered the illit bomb weverse album, it came super super fast and was in perfect condition! the packaging was ADORABLE and the postcard and stickers are so cute i love them sm, 100% ordering again as soon as i can! also i pulled both of my biases so thank you for the extra luck :3

I am honestly so happy I ordered from here. I was so unsure of buying from here. I usually go for retailers such as amazon or hmv and this was a shop that just started out but, I ordered an album that was a limited edition and this was the shop that offered the most competitive price. I remember seeing a couple of videos on tik tok of the sellers during or after covid that were quite entertaining, so I trusted my guts and bought the album. Not only it came nicely packaged with the cutest tape, but it came with the most adorable photocard and some freebies of the store. They are genuinely so pretty that I have displayed them in my room! Seeing how much effort they put in just their logo, I would trust them with all my future orders. Oh, and the delivery times were accurate to what they were posted!

1st time buying products from this company and I’m very impressed. My albums arrived very well packaged and they also arrived to me quickly after dispatch.

Tokkipop is run by a lovely couple called Hassan and Andreea both who work hard, I have placed over 10 orders which have all come safe with 0 damage and very well packed the shipping is AMAZING there has been times have i have placed an order and it has arrived 2 days later if that once they have sent it to the post office it arrives the next day I couldnt recommend a business more than I recommend tokkipop they pack with so much love and care, a note and you get 10% off first orders they also give you a little gift for first orders they are live every night and have a live5 for 5 percent off every time there live and if you order a. Pob and you suggest your top 4 they will try there best to give you your number 1 bias there albums are affordable and they deserve so much love and I won’t order off anyone else I trust them so much more than anyone ever
If you ever want suggest an album you would like in stock they will do there best to put it on the shop they are so funny and have so much laughter with supporters there also do a wheel every no and then where if you spend so much you can get a free album or WEVERSE version
