Item came very quickly. Delighted with the waterproof, well made, perfect fit and very light, just what I was looking for.Just went for my usual size and it was fine.

I bought 2 polo shirts. The size is good, on the generous side. The material is good. There are no logos out decorations. They look like any polo shirt you would buy off a market stall but about double the price. Postage odds extra. Good workshirts, but nothing fancy. Delivery is slow

Helpful staff good quality items

First off, can I just say I love these jackets and have bought numerous for family members, all gratefully received. But what has happened to your sizing? Twice this year I've received jackets that are way off sizing. A size 16 that fitted a 10/12 person and this jacket a size 14 that's actually nearer an 18. Most annoying but luckily I've more family that will be receiving early C'mas presents.

I had wandered around a very hot Keswick that morning looking for a simple sleeveless vest / gilet, with not one of the many outdoor stores stocking them, we then entered the Tog 24 shop, and on asking the two ladies there, were shown the exact items I had been after! To make things even better, they were on sale!, the team couldn't do enough to make it a good experience, and deserve 'Bigging up'. Many thanks for making the rest of my holiday a cooler one.

Great customer service, lovely staff

As soon as I opened the package I thought these are far too small - and I wasn’t wrong. I used the Tog24 sizing tool, gave all my details including the brand and size of my favourite chinos - ie.Gap size 33R. Tog24 said I needed a 32R - the fly fastening was about 5-6 inches apart - no way will they ever fit me. They must be returned. On the plus side, the trousers look and feel great and the leg length was perfect- so will order a bigger pair - possibly a 36R 🤞

Lovely coat but comes up big, I ordered a 12 instead of my usual 14 and it was way too big. Sadly it’s being returned.

Lovely soft fabric, beautifully made. Reordered size smaller as it comes up big. Returns are easy.

Will never order online from Tog24 again. In an order totalling £128 with free postage.
£96 of which was returned for various reasons, upon refund, I was charged £22 VAT which does not happen with other clothing companies.

Bought both items from the Trentham store. The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and wholly professional. Always a pleasure to buy items from there. Also I like the quality of goods from TOG 24.

The member of staff was fantastic I have a disabled daughter and she went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly We always visit Tog24 at Dalton park because of the staff and service we receive and of course the clothing is fantastic and comfortable 😀
