Jes in customer service was very helpful in resolving our damaged mat tiles.

Absolutely atrocious quality. We put the mat down and looked at it funny and it ripped. They did allow us to ship it back, but waited two weeks after receiving it to issue a refund. These days, most places refund you when the shipper receives the return.

This was a very disappointing experience.

Their products are of incredible quality! We have the premium play-mat and love the design and the soft feel of it. We also had a slight mix up with their gift system (our mistake) and customer service has been nothing short of amazing and helped us get the item immediately over to us free of charge!

Good not have asked for better customer service. They were quick to respond and even quicker problem solvers to the issue I was inquiring about. Highly recommend this company!

Qualité aps au rendez-vous, au bout d un an, le tapis est très abîmé alors que nous en prenons soin.
Je souhaitais faire une réclamation via mon compte or Impossible de réinitialiser le mot de passe pour me connecter.
Après avoir contacté le SAV, on me répond que je n'ai pas besoin de mot de passe pour parcourir le site !
Absolument pas à l'écoute du client et une qualité plus que médiocre vu le prix du tapis.

I complained about a play mat where the foil had come off. After a quick correspondence I was told that I could choose a new mat and didn't have to send the old one back. That was very straightforward for me and I was very pleased. Highly recommended and the mats themselves are beautiful and modern and fit well into the house. 5 stars!

We just received new mats. The previous ones started to come apart, but after contacting customer service (very kind and helpful), they immediately replaced them with new ones. I highly recommend them. The mats are beautiful.

I hate my toddlekind mat. I bought it on April 10 and despite them saying there is a 3 month window for returns if you’re unhappy, I was told I couldn’t get my money back when I complained on 1 June, around 7 weeks later. The tiles don’t stay together if my kids and us jump around, they are peeling up and look so awful after just 6 months of use. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

We are very happy with the playmat. The prints are beautiful and the pieces go together great.

Customer support is excellent. We had a small issue with the order that the customer support solved quickly.

Beautiful play mat and SO comfortable! I was really sad when our mat started peeling after less than a year of light use…but we reached out and Toddlekind is sending us replacement tiles! So grateful we’ll have a beautiful, functional mat again!

They have a good range of products and designs that makes the choice sooo hard because they’re all lovely. Love the neutrals and the foam quality is lush.

Run fast dont walk!! The MOST stylish, aesthetic, yet VERY HIGH quality playmats in the market for your little ones. I have tried multiple different brands but I would only invest on toddlekind playmats only. My daughter love playing on these and I love how it visually fits any part of our house!! I highy recommend this to all my parent friends and families!
