It was my husband's truck and I was kept informed every step of the way. They sent the parts to the repair company and his truck was ready the same day after they got the parts he needed. Aaron was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable, has a great attitude and didn’t get frustrated with me and my questions. Aaron represents your company very well. At one time I was thinking about canceling my contract with your company because of a rude representative, but after talking with Aaron I stayed. He has the greatest personality and has always treated me with respect.

Telco warranty responds quickly and they cover the items according to the contract. I have used this company for years. They are awesome.

from the time I put my claim all the staff was was helpful and patience with me and helped me get my claim goingwhich was a plus for me, can't remember the girls name that answered the but Aaron was a great help and so was the adjustor Ron?

He was very pleasant and accommodating of me adjusting my payment date! He even suggested that if in the future if I needed to more time to pay, to just call in a day or two before if necessary!

Professionalism in the customer service. Holly was very helpful in answering and explaining my guestions.

They were right there when I needed them. Concierge Aaron took the ball and I didn't need to do a thing except take my car to the dealer. They called him and he took care of it all. All I did was pick up my car when it was ready. Great company second claim after they had already paid for a computer glitch just about a month earlier.

Aaron was experienced in explaining in the terms I understood. Toco was understanding as a long time customer help me out with prices.

The Manager Ms. Dee went above and beyond to assist my wife and I. She took the initiative to get the approval of getting the much needed additional repair to our 2012 Chevy Cruze in the process saving us a tremendous amount financially. I initially had to use my Toco service to have an air compressor replaced for my AC in early June and that experience was a nightmare. However, 2 weeks later my car was in need of another repair on the alternator and that experience went from 2 stars to 4 stars rating. The communication process of filing the claim... to requesting road service of towing my car to the car shop was much improved and professional.

I have been with Toco for several years now, and they treat me well as long as I do my part which I do. They were so nice to assist me with a claim that was a couple of months old. Jessica was my concierge person, and she was awesome. She informed me about my claim and provided new and existing information. Thanks for taking care of one of your long-time customers.
