A great support
I am on my second packet of these little beauties! Whilst they don't 'cure' a migraine, I use them at the aura stage and I would definitely say they ease the symptoms. My migraines are usually accompanied by vomiting and just having to go to bed try to sleep. Since using Better Days I would say a migraine is more manageable and reduces the need to have to go to bed. So whilst they are not a miracle cure (and do not claim to be) they have become an important part of my migraine 'kit'. Thank you!

I got this to help migraines but for me it did not work, my migraines happen in the left side of my head and are so bad I would try anything but this was just a sticker for me nothing more. :(

Couldn’t wait for the patches to be delivered my neighbour had a good result with them so I thought I would try them. I wore one on my knee from breakfast to dinner the very next day. I noticed a difference within a couple of hours when I was driving I could press the clutch with a lot less pressure and pain. However while driving home on a very hot day the patch made my knee itch like mad. I took it off as soon as I could washed the area thoroughly but the knee itched for two days despite antihistamine cream and tablet. Such a shame it looked as though they would work. I will try again on a cooler day and at home so I can get it off as soon as it itches.

Hi Linda, thank you for sharing this with us. Great news that the patches have helped, but sorry to hear you have experienced irritation. We would recommend keeping the patches on for up to 8 hours at a time, but it sounds like you have experienced irritation from the adhesive, so we would recommend having them on for up to 4 hours. Also making sure that there are no creams/moisturisers, as well as making sure you wash and dry the area of application before use to see if it makes a difference. Great relief for virus ache
I caught a virus that gave me an aching lower back amongst other things; it was really very uncomfortable. I put one of the large patches on the area and after about 30 minutes it had gone to only about 10% of the pain it was previously. Such relief!

Ifind the patches help my arthritics
I find the patches help my arthritis in my lower back and on my instep. However they don’t help much on the knees. I have mobility problems now and have had to get a mobility scooter, if walking or standing is involved. The patches are really good on my back, so use one if I know I’m not going too far. I am 84 years old so a little help is very welcome and I would recommend the patches x

Incredible pain relief!
I'm in awe of how these patches work! For years now I've struggled with constant knee pain, and wearing awkward knee supports and straps on a daily basis, because of a condition called Crepetus. I have an active job and I'm usually in pain the whole time, and not wearing any supports makes it worse. I used these patches for the first time during an extremely busy, 4 days of 12 hours shifts. Although I admit I wasn't completely pain-free the entire time; the pain, when I felt it, was brief and at much more manageable levels - and not once did I feel the need to put on my knee straps! After other shifts, as busy as this, I have been in agony at the end; barely able to go up or down stairs, and regular painkillers haven't helped. But not this time, I am so thourghly impressed by these patches! And I am telling all my friends, family and colleagues!
The trial packs are well worth a go, for the sake of a few pounds, you get a decent amount of patches to use, so you can really see if these will help you. I have now started a subscription, and I'm looking forward to not being in pain all the time!

Highly recommend these patches!
I was recommended the joint patches by another RA warrior and thought I would try a trail pack. I’ve actually been blown away with how good they are in helping me manage my daily pain and I’m already onto my second pack! They’re so easy to use and I love how discreet they are. I highly recommend!

Amazing!! Done away with my magnetic back brace after one day with the patch! After the third day ,as an experiment, I did not take off that day's patch and left it on a fourth day and felt the same benefit!!
Have ordered a new supply to continue this benefit - I'm able to bend my back for tasks I have been unable to do for some considerable time - long may it continue! Only wish I had discovered your patches a long time ago!

Just so you know, we recommend keeping the patches on for 8 hours to avoid potential irritation, but you can experiment with wearing them longer if it doesn't affect your skin. Although, it may be good idea to alternate the placement of the patches when you do so. The ingredients in the patches last for 24 hours.

Ordered and delivered the next day - no fuss and no waiting! Pain patches certainly reducing my pain and seem to be helping more than traditional pain relief. Ordered the trial pack so great to be able to try the different sizes out, going to ordering more today. I have had problems getting the big patches to stick well but I think that is just down to the heat. I would recommend to anyone - give them a go.
