Disappointing service. I booked my motorhome in for aircon to be fitted and an annual service. The vehicle was required for 2 days to fit the aircon so I booked hotel accommodation for the night. The vehicle was dropped off, we were asked which roof vent we wanted replaced with the aircon and TMD said they would ring later that day. They didn’t phone, so I rang them the next morning for an update, only to be told the aircon had not been fitted as the unit had not arrived. I feel very frustrated by the appalling customer service. TMD should check they have the parts before letting Customers travel and incur hotel costs.
In addition, they had not filled the engine with oil and left the van in a messy state.

Aftersales and communication was appalling. It doesn't take 3 months to fix a few things. Things missing out of the motorhome, including my tracker. Glad I returned it for a refund (which wasn't disputed and was the only good thing). Shame there was no compensation for the six wasted journeys.

Took my Adria Twin to TMD for habitation check, also asked them to look into a window leak. Habitation check was done on day 1, after a couple more days of investigation they said they couldn't find the leak. I collected it on day 3 - when I got home I discovered they'd hadn't switched the fridge off after the habitation check, which had flattened the leisure battery. I rang to complain that this is likely to have damaged my battery, which shouldn't be allowed to run that low. They were totally disinterested, telling me "just recharge it, it'll be fine".

So I'm none the wiser as to how to fix the window leak I paid TMD to diagnose, and I now also have a flat leisure battery that may never be the same again. I certainly won't be taking my van to TMD ever again.

Brought a motorhome from the trusted tmd which was advertised 3500kgs in the screen. Done all paperwork to find out 6 weeks later its 4000kgs and I cant legally drive it. Now told by tmd and black horse finance I cant return it so its off to the ombudsman we go. Any advice would be appreciated and I can tell you this. They will take your money like any business but wont help if there's a problem. I would personally avoid them.

Update: As massive thank you to Paul and Bethan for contacting me and addressing our issues. They were able to provide solutions and took our van in immediately to start the repairs.
Collected our Adria Twin Sport (Brand New) from TMD. It’s supposed to be an exciting day however, on inspecting the van I noticed a scratch on the back window which was very disappointing. I would of excepted the dealer to have done a quality check and had this replaced prior to me collected the van (now we have a 4 hour round trip and fuel expense to have this sorted as they will not do this at our home location).

When arriving home I noticed water in the van, on investigation, the dealer had not placed the water tank cap back on and we had water all up the rear panel by the bed and in the van. When contacting the sales person he wasn’t interested and just put me through to warranty.

Attention to detail was very disappointing and this put a damper on what should have been a very exciting time.

This is now our second vehicle from TMD Motorhomes with both purchases being absolutely brilliant experiences. Jason, our sales rep for both was helpful and informative as were the other staff we dealt with. Our current vehicle is now 3 months old and so far has behaved impeccably. We are very happy with this company and their staff. Highly recommended.

I have had my motorhome 18 months now and I have to say the service received from Paul and his team is first class. He is always ready to help and has great patience which is required with us!

Absolutely outstanding service from Dave at TMD Motorhomes. My father in law just purchased a new Adria and the whole process from start to finish was straightforward and professional. A competitive price was given for his campervan in part exchange and we got down to a price that was good for us and them. (they're not a charity after all). Daves personality shone through and we had a great laugh whilst he maintained professional throughout. It was an absolute pleasure Dave thank you and Ed is ecstatic with his new van... And the kind gift of chocolate and bubbly. If the boss is reading this give the man a payrise. He's a credit to your company 💪
