Me and my wife both used TJL as part of our medical negligence case that was recently settled. We each had our own case, for the same surgeon.

It was an unusual case but TJL handled it from start to finish with great care and detail. It was a sensitive case for us, and they deal with it with respect, empathy and above all the highest level of professionalism.

We dealt with all of their staff and to be honest they all deserve credit. Throughout we had peace of mind that our case was being handled properly and when we had questions they were answered, often calling us and even when we were on the other side of the world in an awkward time zone.

I had surgery in 2020, originally referred by my GP on the NHS but opted for private treatment thinking I would get better care. A couple of times I was a little confused and needed a lot of reassurance and Joanne would always call me and explain things further.
