Extremely disappointed
I signed up for this service on 1/24. I was under the impression that I would be charged $14.99 to get started. Instead of the $14.99, I was charged an additional $29.95. I didn’t contact anyone about the charges because I planned to ask my stylist. I immediately scheduled my stylist session for 1/28. I joined the session when scheduled. I waited online for an hour because it said that the session was in progress. I thought the stylist might be doing something. As of right now, the site still says that my Stylist session 1/28 still in progress online.

Styling Session Consultant Ivy was very helpful
Then consultant Ivy in the styling session was extremely helpful. She came up with some clothing ideas that were innovative and refreshing. She went to a lot of trouble. I was confused with the app and still find it hard to locate some things on it. I am new to it, so it may just be me.
